Enjoy the slopes and an indoor pool at Cold Spring Plymouth Resort during the winter, and return in the summer for a round at the holiday home's golf course. Office staff was very helpful to make my stay very comfortable. I got there 3 hours before check-in time and the manager moved me to a bigger rental so I wouldn't have to wait. They were great and so was the place we stood at .

We have stayed here three times now. Overall it’s a good property choice when visiting our son at PSU. This time the water temperature was on the cool side and the bed was a little uncomfortable. The kitchen and living area is very good. The property is dated but most of the properties in the area tend to be so. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is 20 minutes from Waterville Valley resort. It is quiet and makes a good base for winter activities. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The indoor pool, hot tub and games are great for families.

Great stay for family, spacious, plenty room for sleep and just hang out. The only issue was that one of the rooms heater barely worked, but it was just 2 of us this time, so wasn't a big issue. Definitely will come.

The finishes are a little dated, but very clean overall. The walkway to the apartment was difficult to navigate with a broken foot and cane, the sidewalk had large dips and twists that couldn’t accommodate my walker.

Staying at Cold Spring Resort

The houses were very clean. We enjoyed it in general but there were a couple of issues. The beds were not comfortable. The toilet had two doors but one of them did not lock. We stayed two families and this was a big problem. They also didn’t provide separate towels for the pool.

Nice option for the area. We were visiting our son at PSU and it was very convenient. It was clean overall. The couch and bathroom had a little bit of hair from the previous occupants. That being said compared to other places in the are we have stayed this was the cleanest. The kitchen is a plus. The grounds are beautiful. The deck is nice to have your morning coffee.
