El hotel no tiene internet en las habitaciones, dicen que tiene internet pero no es suficiente para siquiera utilizar el email. Las habitaciones tienen estufa, nevera y microondas, lavaplatos, pero no tiene ni un plato ni una olla ni un cubierto, ni siquiera hay vasos. Se puede escuchar bastante el ruido de la calle

Hotel que no está de acuerdo a su calificación

Hotel decepcionante contra lo que muestra y versus su calificación. Saqué 5 habitaciones y cuando fuimos a recibirlas se nos comunicó que solo tenían 3. Después de hablar nos entregaron las otras dos llaves, con el resultado que la habitación estaba ocupada, nos quejamos y nos dieron otra llave, al igual que la anterior al entrar, también estaba ocupada. No se que control llevan y cuál es el tipo de seguridad que tienen. Después de ire’s y venires nos dieron el quinto cuarto. Adicional a esto en uno de los cuartos tocó solicitar que cambiaran las sábanas ya que estaban sucias y en otro de los cuartos el baño estaba lleno de pelos. Como ven son demasiadas cosas para una reserva. Soy cliente gold de Hotels.com y nunca había tenido una experiencia tan mala en un alojamiento.
