1 lift was not working properly serving 30 floors. The room we were given smelt like someone had been sick in it it was dirty and not as the pictures had shown at all. We were told the guy before had also checked out.

Very big and spacious apartment with seaview. But the seaview is not what the picture shows hence is misleading i felt. They dont provide toothbrush or house cleaning. Means u need to use ur towel for 10 days kind which i think they can have a better hygiene welfare for customers. We are expected to throw rubbish on our own, nothing wrong or unacceptable, but minimally provide the plastic bags?? Also they only give a 100ml shower n body gel for my one week stay with my friend. Is it enough? There is also no bedroom slippers provided for a one week stay with no cleaning. Imagine the floors we are stepping on. We sweep our floor on daily basis dont we? There is also no washing detergent provided for cups n plates but they expect us to keep it clean when we leave.

Nice place

Lovely place. With all needed amenities nearby but a bit far walking from city center for kids. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed stay overall.

Nice location on Surfers Paradise (1 KM away from Cavill Street, 5 mins from Skypoint)! Loved the spacious apartment and the facilities! Superb views from higher floors. Definitely recommended and would stay there again if I visit GC!

The view was good and apartment size was huge for just the two of us. There were some amenities rather worn out but all else was good. Be prepared that toiletries and linen are only given one time upon check in and no replenishment.

Artique Surfers Paradise exceed my expectations! It is a walkable distance to the tram station, beach, shopping centre, convenience store and easy access to different cuisines of food. We reached there earlier than the check in time as they were preparing our room. So the hotel staff let us leave our luggage and come back again for check in. For me and my Husband, we managed to watch the sunrise and sunset from our apartment room. It is an amazing stay over there!

Convinient but dusty

Convinient, close to the beach, bus stop and tram. The room is very big and there's also dishwashing machine, washing machine and a refridgerator in the hotel room. Shopping areas and large supermarket are within walking distances as well, about 15 mins walk or 2-4 tram stops away. However, the hotel room is kind of dusty and residents can only ask for replenish of shampoo and toilet paper, etc, once. Detergent for both clothes and dishes will not be provided as well.
