The shower door handle was falling apart, there was no light in the closet and there were only 2 facecloths for my entire 10 day stay. There were some decidedly dirty plates in the cabinet crusted with something unmentionable, and the FREEZER was overflowing with frost. The bathroom vanity was not working and there was no hairdryer, I have stayed at this properly many many times, however never with these issues.

Overall stay was good, it was my birthday weekend and I was under the weather. Room was as described, just a little dated but other than that it was great. The view was excellent!

Suite was very dirty, toilet seat had stains, walls and doors were disgusting, tub ring, shower was beyond unacceptable with hair on the drain trap and the walls and in very poor state. Dust all over the place, we ended up buying cleaning supplies and addressing some of the areas we had to use. Did not bother with the tub or shower. Since the cleaning left a lot to be desired we ended up buying out own pillow case and sheets.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. We couldn’t take a shower cause the shower head was corroded. Tub was nasty. Wet towels behind the door. Ceiling falling apart. Microwave handle broke. I could go on.

My room was dirty. So dirty it looked like they just remade the bed. On the handles there was caked junk. The whole place covered in a layer of dust. The tub clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The sinks had layers of dry water left on them that could be wiped off(not just hard water stains). I have pictures. When I went to the front desk they said it was privately owned suites so they couldn’t do anything about it. The lady at the front desk was nice and gave me the numbers I needed to call. When I called the number for the cleaning services, after 40 minutes of waiting in silence, they gave me a new room. The second one was just as bad as the first. At that point I was over it and decided we would just put up with it since there housekeeping was closed. I didn’t get into my second room until 6:30pm. The hotel area was nice as it’s connected to mgm grand. Other that that the room itself was a disaster.

The advantages: The Luxury Signature is ideally positioned, close to everything, but in a quiet area. The management team is very friendly and efficient. The apartment is large and well equipped. The bed was soft although stained. The pool was heated despite the very cold outside temperature. The disadvantages: The building is 20 years old and all the inclusions of the housing were visibly of high quality at the time but are now old-fashioned. We think of the DVD player, the television in the bathroom that does not work, the low-power microwave, the low-performance coffee maker. The counters are also stained, and the shower seals are dirty, as can be seen on other comments previously published. It was impossible to put anything in the frozen part of the fridge. That said, the value remains good for the place.

Hotels.com is a third-party. Just remember that.

Checked and got into room room was filthy. I had to call customer service not the hotel for customer service and they request pictures and changed rooms for me. Got into second room and same exact thing room was dirty. They did send housekeeping, but it wasn’t MGM’s it was a third-party The owner of this room or rooms did not ensure that the rooms were clean before anybody checked in.

Would've been 5 star but there was a half drunk slushy in the freezer and the ice bucket had water which tells me the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned/inspected. I'm also surprised that outside noise is very audible. May need to upgrade windows. Overall a good stay.
