We like the private beach , badminton and fine sand ( except got to watch out for small rocks in the sand).Swimming pool and Banyan massage facilities were great ! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Recommendation to “ local” kelong mangrove was poor . We initially planned to go to Nirwana Kelong but the taxi counter lady staff redirected us. Given the poor recommendation for food, we did not have confidence in the hotel’s snorkeling tour and engaged a private snorkeling tour instead . Food at the treetops was good

The tour offering is truly a ripoff and wouldn’t recommend anyone the offer. The property was good and clean. But dining is expensive. There is no grocery shop around either. Don’t go there during rainy season.

The rooms are nice, we liked that it's near the golf course. However whenever we call a buggy, it always takes a while and the reception during check in is always chaotic and long q. Other than that, this is still one of our favourite hotels in Bintan.

The only problem that I had with this hotel is their housekeeping side. They only carried out the entire room makeup on every second day of week. I found it weird. Most of the hotel carried out make up of the room daily. I only say that they might be short of housekeeping staff.

The room was great. Two bedroom apartment for a reasonable price with breakfast included. Everything else (activities, attractions and food options) are highly overpriced. The only reasonable priced food option was the restaurant located in the main building around the front desk of the hotel (Vista).
