We had a great time at Hacienda Tres Rios. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was amazing at every restaurant, but we especially loved Alebrije. The activities that you can do are all fun and you are able to see the beautiful property. We loved seeing the adorable monkey and other wildlife. We would definitely visit again!

Beautiful property with lots to do onsite -- biking, kayaking, swimming in the pools, ocean and cenote, plus miniature golf, entertainment and water slides. Delicious food and drinks! Our only complaint was that we requested a king bed, but Expedia did not share our request with the resort. We were given a room with two queen beds and had to move to a room with a king the next day.

The staff is amazing there. The only thing I will say is don’t take the shopping tour you will get held hostage at a jewelry store for an hour. Also men must wear sleeve shirts tanks are not allowed in any of the restaurants. These are things we weren’t told nor posted anywhere when booking.

Fue una experiencia muy Bonita lo que mas puedo destacar es el personal que hizo de mi estadía un momento incredible como por ejemplo los del aria de entretenimiento como lo fue Hector, Andy y Edgar fueron super dinámicos y entretenidos. Ademas los bartenders como lo son Abel y Cesar su services y atención en todo momento para que nos sintiéramos cómodos en todo momento. We loved our week stay at HTR. The property was located on a beautiful ecological park that is self sustained. The property is well maintained and the staff are constantly cleaning all areas. Our room was beautiful and we enjoyed the hardworking staff very much.
