Hotel was in a great location, near the beach, room was nice, clean, comfy beds. Receptionist was really lovely. Stored our cases until our room was ready and sand the next day as we didn’t leave until late. Lovely little cafe underneath hotel.

I booked this hotel for a two-night stay, arriving late in the evening. As soon as I opened the door to the room, I was hit by a horrible stench. I attempted to contact the after-hours number to report the issue but couldn't get through. The carpet was filthy and emitted such a strong, unpleasant smell that it was unbearable. I ended up sleeping with the balcony doors open just to tolerate the air — fortunately, I was on the third floor and felt safe doing so. The next morning, I explained the situation to reception and showed them the photos I had taken of the carpet. The staff member was apologetic, and offered a full refund that I had requested.

Location was good, easy to get to everything. The unit was spacious and catered well for 4 people. Unfortunately it has no pool and the gym is in poor condition.

The property itself is outstanding, the accommodation was clean, new and well laid out. The parking situation needs to be made clearer at the time of booking. Whilst only $15 a day for secured parking, the car park is very tight and difficult in a larger vehicle.

Great accommodation near beach

This one bedroom business apartment was excellent. Separate bedroom, lounge/dining area, plenty of storage, full kitchen, washing machine/tumble dryer. Sofa, single comfortable chair, coffee table. TV in lounge area & bedroom. It's a shame that there's such a poor choice of TV progs. Could have done with Netflix, 7+. Reception staff very helpful. Needed instructions on how to work oven etc.

1)tableware was less for family(everything only 2 sets) 2)had dust while on the bed, then checked the picture in the bed room. please see attached. but overall, good property, and close to the Scabrough beach it was good.
