1. Location is great and near to Scarborough Beach. 2. Beach is beautiful and has rows of fancy eateries to eat and be merry. 3. It is 5 minutes walk from Coles Supermarket for groceries shopping. 4. It is 7 minutes drive to Karrinyup shopping mall which is a fantastic mall that is new, vibrant and houses mass brands for great shopping experience. 5. Hotel room Carpet is old and requires a changeout. Wood flooring will be ideal for customers who face asthmatic issues. 6. Hotel lift requires servicing. 7. Hotel reception is friendly and helpful. 8. Hotel kitchen for cooking is great with ample utensils, and kitchen wares for both cooking and dish washing. 9. Requires plastic bags changeout for trash 10. To include disposable slippers for hygiene purposes

1. Used man's boxers and used towel left in cabinet of 2nd bedroom. 2. TV not working and nobody came to repair it despite promises. 3. Loud noises from roof making sleep quite a chore, especially from the 3rd bedroom 4. No housekeeping (except removing rubbish) or top-up of coffee, sugar, milk etc after first day. 5. Hotel said there was no pre-booking of carpark lots which appears to be untrue, leaving us stranded trying to look for our own carpark despite requesting for carpark even before our trip. 6. Manager receives complaints and promised to look into it and send us e-mail offering us a complimentary night's stay but did not do so.

Perfect place to stay in Scarborough beach

We were there in late Jun. The stay at Ramada Scarborough was fantastic; 4 bedrooms penthouse - rooms and toilets were clean; house keeping were done daily. There was a table with 6 seats in the balcony; Nice scenery facing the Scarborough beach. - kitchen facilities were sufficient; pots, pans, microwave, oven were provided. Large fridge provided too. - reception for checkin and check out were quick. The lady at the counter was friendly and quick. - parking space was not a hassle, there were parking space available within and around the hotel - there is a late eatery called Newroz on the beach at the Scarborough beach. They served delicious pizza and wrap. Perfect place to have late dinner. 10-15 mins walking distance from the hotel. - Coles is nearby; 10 mins walk from the hotel Overall, I will strongly recommend this hotel for your beach stay. Thank you guys for making our stay a pleasant one😊

Horrible stay!!!

Worst hotel stay ever. Only supplied 4 towels for 6 pax booked. Gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 nights stay and I was there for 18 nights. No vacuum of place when cleaning until I requested. Not enough parking lots. Water was turned off half way during bath (for 2 consecutive days) because there was repair work being done next door. And we weren’t informed. Staff doesn’t communicate between themselves. Have to ask for supplies from at least 2 people before they do it. A frustrating stay. Not worth the amount. If u think it is by the beach, it isn’t.

Beachside staycay made complete!

Very nice location by the beach. The 1 bedroom suite was lovely appointed with all the essential amenities that made my stay comfy. Highly recommended for a beachside staycay.

So much better than Quest. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the price is as good or better than Quest. Plus they do not charge for a cot unlike quest nor do they charge parking if staying 5 nights +. Quest for some reason does not want to service our room when we stayed last time on Sundays or public holidays. Here at Ramada, I can tell you they work on Sundays.. Not sure about PH. The place is bigger and newer. The only 2 complaints I have is that we booked the bigger 2 bedroom appt which has a load of unnecessary corridor space, two areas you could fit a large fridge in but was really pointless, came down to badly designed layout. no point booking the bigger 2br as it appears to be all hallway from what i can tell. the second was the dishwasher did a bad job at washing the dishes, i had to spend most of the time washing the dishes in the laundry because there is no counter space in the kitchen.

Love the location however the apartment had several issues, bathroom extractor fan started banging so loudly you could hear in the corridor on day 2 of stay and we were told no one could Come to repair it that day, meaning we had to shower in the dark as the fan would come on every time we turned the bathroom light on. Engineer eventually came but couldn’t fix it however disconnected it from the light so we at least had light in the bathroom, it still wasn’t working when we left despite several reminders to the front desk. The dishwasher also got stuck on a wash setting so we just washed the dishes by hand after that. The apartment wasn’t vacuumed at all during our stay and the exterior terrace floor, table and chairs were filthy so I bought cleaning products to clean them. We stayed here 5 years ago and came back this time as we loved the location however the last time the apartments were much newer.

Hotel was in a great location, near the beach, room was nice, clean, comfy beds. Receptionist was really lovely. Stored our cases until our room was ready and sand the next day as we didn’t leave until late. Lovely little cafe underneath hotel.

The lift did not work so we were forced to climb up and down the fire stairs to levels 4 and 5 with our 83 year old mother and the luggage. One night we were suck in the fire stairwell and the night manager who was not on site did not answer the phone. We had no alternative but to dial 000. The next morning the door to our apartment would not open which is frightening to think we were trapped in the apartment.

We paid for a family 3bedroom suite and a one bedroom suite. We confirmed 3 days out what rooms we had. Upon arrival, the one bedroom suite had a king bed. Not what we asked for. They world not seperate the beds. My two adult kids did this. Then after day 1, the elevator broke and we had to use the stairs for 5 levels. With an elderly lady that couldn't climb stairs. They offered a two bedroom suite on the other side of the property, but we had three rooms for a reason. The plants outside smell like marijuana everytime you walk out the door. The kids room had bugs coming out of their bathroom sink and it smelt like sewage after day 1. Never staying there again.
