Location can be either a plus or minus.

The hotel was very new (just over 1 year old) and has been maintained well. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's location within the newish Brisbane Technology Park is both an advantage and disadvantage. For visitors to the Technology Park or the nearby Westfield Garden City it's really close, but other than that, there isn't very much in the immediate vicinity.

Hotel Review During my stay with my family, I encountered cockroaches on two different nights. I managed to kill them both times and reported the issue to the hotel. The hotel manager responded promptly and placed cockroach traps in the room. After that, we didn’t see any more cockroaches. Additionally, there was a power outage on one night, but it was not related to the hotel. Overall, the hotel took appropriate action to address the pest issue, and our stay was comfortable afterward.

Not enough car spaces

It seems a major oversight that there is NOT enough parking spaces for guests staying onsite to park in the secure parking close to reception

Spacious modern unit and complex...toaster,microwave etc in room..little coffee machine at the checkin.... BUT a bit inconvenient if you dont drive...a mile walk to nearest bus...and site cafe closed at weekends...Short uber ride to major shopping at garden city and yes,not owning a car is rare.......Great spot for events and conferences and as I was there for event,it was perfect
