Clean, comfortable and fantastic service

Check in was smooth, property is clean and very comfortable. Small shopping mall next door for simple groceries and food. Need to take grab to most places, grab is easy and not expensive. Front desk was helpful, particularly Eva who went the extra mile to ensure our trip was enjoyable giving suggestions and also helping to organise with tour

'Don't expect hospitality'

I do not take negative reviews in totality and so, in spite of several negative feedback online, I decided to give Fraser a try. After all, I had stayed in their properties in London and Perth. It's all about the people and the experience they create during your stay when you are away from home. Service at the cafe was curt and the check out was badly handled. It was my fault that I assumed i could take away a laundry bag for my used clothing. The front desk insisted and I paid USD2.50 each for 2 pieces. Next they, they asked if I took away a mousepad. To prove my innocence, I had to stripped my luggage to show my own. The hotel emailed me for a survey, I sent back my honest feedback and the Room Manager replied that he was concerned but wanted my details of that experience. He can read it here. I do not point fingers and therefore I do not name the individuals. The training has to improve. I want them to know that the US$5 matters little because each morning, for 4 days, I had left another US$5 for the room cleaners, an act I now regret.

The room was bright and clean. Service is great. I ordered pizza delivery and the security guard escorted the delivery person to my room as it was late. Will stay here again my next visit to Hanoi.

Great service in an ageing property

Service was what stands out at this property. Staff are extremely attentive. Eg were helpful in getting our delivery to us and proactively asking how they could help. But property feels aged and in need to refurbishment, eg shower area flooded. Neighbourhood is quiet and an expat enclave, so good to get away from the craziness of the old quarter.

I stayed at Fraser Suite Hanoi because of its great location its competitive room rates. Like the room so much because very big and and comfortable and have all the amenities that one would expect. Check in was simple and this hotel is quite a classy place with lots of space. Recommended!

Nice but cleanliness can be improved

Generally nice hotel and staff was very warm, but room which was in the studio apartment had many bugs and ants. The cleanliness was a bit disappointing. Some of the lights were not working as well. Also, the kimchi jjigae that was served for breakfast tasted awful and too salty. It definitely can be improved.

Nice & Spacious Toom

The hotel was nice and the room was spacious and with a full kitchen (including utensils). All the staff were helpful and approachable, including the staff from the sales & reservation, housekeeping, frontdesk, and restaurant. However, the area was nothing much to walk around and breakfast buffet was average.
