The room and location are fine. However, the room had no drinking glasses, the fridge was broken, they could not provide ice when needed, there was no hair dryer in the room, there was no conditioner available, the staff could not provide me with a printed receipt upon check out, the breakfast was not self serve (behind a screen) and selection and quantity was very bad. There are better options around this property. I will not stay here again.

En general bien. No ofrecen calefacción. En la mañana y en la noche Bogota es muy frío y para los que no estamos acostumbrados no esta bueno. Los acolchados están ok pero en el ambiente muy frío.

Si vas a estar en corferias para algún evento, este lugar es ideal porque está ubicado justo al lado y es muy fácil acceder caminando. Además del restaurante del hotel, hay un restaurante muy bueno en el primer piso y hay otras opciones en los alrededores inmediatos.
