Superb location and reasonable amenities but service is below expectations as there was no emptying of rubbish and changing of towels in our 4 nights stay there. Parking is also limited, although we paid for $50 full day parking, sometimes we couldn’t get a proper lot to park in the designated car park. Overall value accommodation but areas mentioned could be improved.

Perfect accomodation and location for our 2 week stay all the way from Canada! We booked a 2 bedroom suite and this place has all the amenities required for our family full kitchen, washer, dryer and jacuzzi. 24hr access to gym was so convenient. Check in was seamless a special thank you to Scott, the bellman who assisted with all our luggages. He helped my family check in while my husband had to return the car rental. Scott made sure my husband didn't park too long in front of the hotel because parking enforcement is always around. Thank you so much!

Best Hotel ever!

Magnificent! Fantastic hotel in the centre of everything, trams, stations, shopping centre, restaurants and pubs. Giulia and the Front Desk Team are treating you with uniqueness and love. The rooms are huge, each of them with Kings beds and tv. Views from our 73 floor was just breath taking and I really enjoyed the pool and spa after Lo g days walks around the city and the harbours. The apartment has everything for you to feel like at home. Coffee machine, milk and everything for cooking your meals in. Great hotel and we will no doubt to come back again! Thanks to Giulia and the Front Desk Team for the bubbles on arrival and the kindness. See you all soon!
