I definitely enjoyed my stay at Meriton at Kents as compared to my stay at another hotel. Room is spacious and bright, very convenient as well. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Needs a renovation.

The property is big, spacious and well located. But cleanliness is pretty poor with towel with unknown black stains and a duvet that's looking pretty yellow. Lastly, could the property please look into providing more places for us to charge devices?

Their elevator services though high tech and secure, they are to be desired as there were occasions that there were long queues just to board the lift to go up to the guests level… a five lift setup and yet there is a long queue… something needs to be look into.

The reception front desk officer Alex was amazing in his service. He was very prompt and helpful when informed of some hair found in the wash basin. The room was thoroughly cleaned and the service recovery with a bottle of wine was unexpected. We’ve stayed at Meriton before and will certainly be back again.

Good service n good location

Check in was speedy, despite we were there early, e room was not ready hence e hotel provide us a free upgrade!!! E hotel is located at a v convenience location with many eateries around n is near to everywhere.

Great location, but not what we expected

The location was a huge plus! Really easy to get around and it was right in the middle of town. Although pictures definitely looked better than the actual rooms, the room felt dated, although clean. the profile of guests also consisted of party-goers and tipsy or hungover groups, so not the most pleasant experience.
