Check-in was prompt. Location was great as it was next to Chinatown tram line. Easy to get to other locations around town center. Room is clean, and great for a short stay.

No daily housekeeping

Had mix comment for this stay. Location, staff and property was ideal. But during booking there no mentioned “no daily housekeeping”, only found out on arrival. Googled into the hotel website and it stated only 4th days will have express housekeeping. Lucky, they provided daily new towel and floor mat upon request. Perhaps, there are washing mc in the room, keep smelling of sewage during the night. Notify the stuff toilet basin drainage was slow. Stuff came to rectify the nx day, not only the toilet sink but also the washing mc sink, good job. However leaving unclean floor mat when we returned. Had to request again for them to clean up. Overall still pleasure for short stay.

Great location in Chinatown. Near Paddy market, lots of good Asian/Western food options & shops. Tram stop just round the corner, & long stretch of George Street has lots of shopping/dining options as well. Special thanks to Ms Shelyna & Ms Yoshie for their warm & excellent service during our 4 days stay. Definitely one of the best hotel we have stayed. Highly recommended.

feedback: since your housekeeping only operate every four days, suggest you should leave spare towels and rugs in the apartment for interchange. the guests will leave the used towels and rugs outside the door in the laundry bag for washing.

Happy to stay again at Meriton Campbell

Really liked the room. Spacious and had all the facilities to do a bit of cooking. And the washer-dryer are really useful to cut having to bring so many clothes. The only thing we were unhappy about is the toilet shower glass door being badly made. So water kept seeping out and causing the toilet floor to be really wet. And in winter that means very cold and uncomfortable toilet floors... Location in the heart of Chinatown is fantastic. Very near food almost 24/7. Big Coles nearby in World Tower. Tram station just at the doorstep. And even if you wish to walk, the harbours / circular quay aren't too far away. Parking is reasonably priced for a city-centre location. But the vehicle lift was a challenge for our 8-seater Passenger carrier. Check-in took a bit of time, but staff were always polite and helpful.

Check-in was smooth and professional. Excellent location - 5 min walk from Central Station; L2 and L3 light rail are located one street from Hotel. Many Thai eateries on same row as Hotel. Coles supermarket and World Square (with many eateries) are couple of streets from Hotel. Room is spacious. Laundry rack is available on request. Soaking in jacuzzi at end of day was great.

Shower door leaks out water. Should have a rubber skirt to prevent leak. Shower hose is cracked and leaks. Should be replaced. Would be good if there is dish washing soap and scrub. Our suite is 808.

Thought the concierge staff could have done more when we requested early check in days beforehand (i.e. email us the day before to notify us that early check in is not possible; expedite our request when some guests have already checked out). Everything about property is good. Also near food There’s a famous Thai restaurant just next door that has a long queue everyday Only complaint is far from nearest train station but very near light rail station that does to Darling Harbour

Spacious and clean. Bed was big and comfortable, which provided sufficient support on the back. Easy access to shopping and transportation. Since we stayed a few nights, would've preferred if vacuuming could be done every 2-3 days instead of every 4 days.

What it feels like living in a penthouse

Pros: Great Location- From airport, 20min airport link to either Museum/Central station and 8min stroll to hotel. 30min walk to circular quay. Starbucks directly opposite hotel, Coles 5min walk and lots of good food around (Haymarket steak bar, Chad Thai etc) Room and amenities- Upon check in, we were welcomed with a lovely handwritten card, balloon and bottle of wine in the room for our anniversary celebration. We stayed in an altitude suite on 36th floor which offered a stunning city view. The room was clean, functional with washing machine and dryer. The super comfy bed makes getting out of bed everyday an effort. Fantastic service- Special thanks to lovely Zanda who handled our check in perfectly. Special thanks to guest relations manager Ricky who basically helped plan our entire Sydney itinerary, offered so many good dining spots and welcomed us back at hotel everyday with smiles which we shared on our day. One of the best service we ever experienced. Just one minor issue we wish to highlight- During our stay, the aircon did not work well. Due to the cold weather, we had to switch between "Cool" and "Warm" modes. The aircon would stop working for a while, come alive for 5min and off again. It did not bother us much as we ended up sleeping with the window open, however the hotel could look into this for future guests. Overall, we truly enjoyed our 5 day stay in Meriton Suites Campbell and would definitely recommend staying here.

Highly recommend!

The location is right at Chinatown area. 2mins walk to the tram if you wanna to head to The Star. 5mins walk if you want to be near to Central station. And the BIG bus service of hop on and hop off is also around The Central station. Highly recommended due to the close proximity to the major public stations. A nice 10mins walk up down to George street and Pitt streets if you wanna to go major shopping area like the Queen Victoria street, and West field. The bed and pillow is so comfy that both me and my husband slept through the whole night.
