Lovely neighbourhood to live in. Lots to explore in the area. Train and bus station is connected to the hotel, very convenient to travel into the city (15m into city). Reception staff was very helpful. Our room was not ready during check in, even though it was way past standard check in time. The staff offered us a rebate which was very nice of them. House keeping could be a little better, though it may be due to peak season? Overall it was a pleasant stay, will definitely come back again!

Located on top of Bondi Junction station, close to eateries and a large mall with shops and supermarkets. While kitchen appliances looked old, they worked. There were sufficient kitchen utensils/crockery for our family of 6 and I appreciated the coffee pods and expresso machine. The living room was fairly spacious but the bedrooms were quite small. I found it strange that the closet had dual sliding doors - with 3 sections in the wardrobe, triple sliding doors would have made more sense. We stayed 4 nights so we eventually exhausted the 2 loads of laundry and dishwasher detergent. Several calls to housekeeping and guest services remained unanswered for more than 5 minutes and we eventually gave up. Fortunately, the staff at the front desk were always very sweet, patient and accommodating and provided the supplies we needed, including bath towels (we booked for 6 but only had 4 sets of towels when we checked in). Overall cleanliness was sub-par. I found a receipt under the TV console that was dated a week before our arrival. We also found 2 mini dolls stuffed in the sofa. Streaks and stains on the windows and sliding doors were obvious and there were dust layers on the window frames/ledges. There were insufficient spare power points around and certainly not at the work desk area - lamps had to be unplugged. Despite paying AUD40/day for parking, it was hard to find past 9pm and cars had to be parked outside designated lots. The laundry room could be better ventilated.

In 9 days our apartment was never fully serviced , the floors were dirty and rubbish was not removed , I had no broom or mop to do it myself , the servicing that did happen -3 times , despite saying it was supposed to be every day only happened when I asked many many times , it was 'express" which meant making the beds and giving us towels - no cleaning , sweeping vacuuming whatsoever and nothing for me to clean with ? To speak to anyone on reception or guest services I had to wait on hold minimum of 15 mins and sometimes 1 hour and 15 mins ?! To everything they just said " we are short staffed " which meant nothing got done , nothing was clean and the apartments were not serviced. My husband got stuck in the lift , waited 40mins for an engineer which he called as reception never picked up either of our calls .do not stay here .

Good place for family but parking is a challenge

Good location that is near to public transport and supermarket for family who intend to cook. The only draw back is the parking which is sadly not included as part of the hotel stay and also a challenge to find a spot during the peak (like weekends).

Although we stayed on the 4th floor, noises from the he renovation were heard as early as 8am. Staff should allocate us the room in the new wing. We had to pay for parking in the hotel too. Above all, check in staff were attentive and courteous, Location were great as it was right in the middle of shopping areas and restaurants and only a 10 mins drive to Bondi Beach.

We liked and appreciated the apartment setup of the hotel. The convenience of the location is great. The only weak link is the front desk. A couple of the staff were professional. Genevieve and Charmin are wonderful. But some of the other staff members would deeply benefit from further training.
