The bed sheet had blood stains when we arrived at the apartment. We had a short circuit the next night but staff was able to let us know how to turn it back on ourselves. On the last night, we asked for toilet rolls, but were asked to make do with whatever we have as there were no staffs available on site. Other than that everything else was good. We were able to get free parking at the sister apartment which is 3 mins walk away.

Great stay!

The apartment was all inclusive and in great condition. Plenty of storage and appliances to make living there easy. Smart tv and we could log in to our Netflix! Awesome! Thank you so much Quest!

A really nice place to stay, the room was large and well appointed, the rooftop terrace and pool may be the best in Melbourne, located on the 19th floor the city views from the pool are incredible. A great hotel in a great part of Melbourne, I have left with excitement of returning. Well done.

The room has everything that you want and expect for the price range BUT staying on level 1 the road noise was deafening and constant, resulting in broken sleep. Not sure if it is not noticeable on other floors but we would not be staying again based on that factor alone. Breakfast at Mama Bear helped soften our disappointment of our stay, food was delicious and great coffee!
