The apartment is clean and spacious and in close proximity to the heart of Surfers Paradise. However the checkin process could be more personalized and less confusing by not using messaging to communicate to inform us of where to locate the checkin office and collecting the keys from a safe box. Why have an office in the first place if there is no one present? This is especially true for first timers.

Overall we enjoyed our stay - the view was beautiful, the apartment was clean (I’m usually very very particular about this), the location was awesome - central to the beach, the supermarket, cavil Avenue, convenience stores, loads of late night eateries, and check in/ out and communication was easy and convenient. Our only wish is that they could have included more dosage of items like detergent, dishwashing liquid, softener, shower gel, shampoo, soaps especially for those staying longer and from overseas. Other than that, we are satisfied customers

Location very convenience. No privacy for common bathroom due no lock and master bedroom lock not working. Safe box had a sign said unserviceable but no effort to rectify fault inspite of being informed about it. Check-in information to apartment very poorly organized. Provision of detergent for laundry use as agreed were not provided until being informed to do so. While booking the apartment, the information stated that the apt. 03 rooms can accommodate 01 queen size bed and 01 single bed in each room and a king size bed for the master bed room. In realty, only 01 room can squeeze in a single bed whereas the other room cannot and 01 single bed had to be in the living hall. Very disappointed.

convenient location, close to beach, restaurants and malls. View of ocean from the apartment was great. Cleanliness in the apartment was good customer service staff are all friendly and helpful, gave clear instructions on location, keys collection, checking-in & checking-out minor negatives 1. locks of toilet door are not working 2. laundry dryer - the cover on the door keep flying off when in use other than that, overall a good and pleasant stay. will certainly recommend this place to friends visiting Surfer Paradise.

Perfect stay at Gold Coast

We had the most amazing view and stay at this hotel! We woke up to the sunrise and breathtaking Gold Coast view everyday. Highly recommended for any party of 4 to stay here!

Great accommodation in heart of surfers paradise

Key pick up in another building not far from accommodation with instructions given by GCHR. Location is good with balcony overseeing the bench which allow us to catch the fireworks for the Commonwealth games closing. Nice furnishing but should not use chrome as they rust out. Good gym but no free weights. Nice indoor pool for the little ones. Will stay again.

The view from our balcony was awesome. We were on the 44th floor, hardly any street noise, at all. It was actually a small apartment, plenty of room, and, the beds were really comfortable. The only downside, was the key p/up, drop off. Walking to a small hole in the wall( box) to get/ drop off keys. The Hilton staff did not want to offer much help, as we were residentional guests, not actually Hilton guests. Apart from that, it was an awesome experience.

Fantastic location and awesome view! Loved sitting on the balcony and also the views from the bedrooms. Didn’t have to move the car because everything was within walking distance or accessible by tram. Would highly recommend.

This property is in the heart of surfers paradise. The apartment is very clean and it has a beautiful sea view. It has accessible parking it’s well equipped with a washer, dryer and a full kitchen. We weren’t told that the apartment was part of the Hilton residence and is therefore accessible from the Hilton foyer so we had trouble finding it on the day. Due to that face we also had accessibility to all the Hilton amenities such as the pools and gym. Great place to stay for families.

Close to everything and only a walking distance to Surfers Paradise beach. Parking was very convenient. Communication with HRSP was not the greatest, however, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nightmare stay

If you are going with family and you are a person of color, don’t ever do the mistake of picking up this property especially during schoolies, where you are guaranteed to be harassed. They shouldn’t open up this hotel for families during schoolies time
