The hotel was great overall. Alparslan Kaan from the reception was especially helpful and assisted us whenever we needed anything. However, the room wasn’t as clean as expected — it was a bit dusty and only moderately clean. That said, the hotel's conditions and location were excellent.

Very far from the main touristy stuff in Istanbul but worth the rooms, very spacious very comfortable. Excellent housekeeping daily. Staff at front desk is always helpful and polite. The area around the hotel is full of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Nice safe modern area to explore at night.

another perfect stay at Sommerset Maslak.

I have been a regular visitor to this hotel since 4 years ago. I stay here everytime, I visit Istanbul. The staff and facilities were great, especially the young gentlmen doing the bell service. His name was Baran. I found him to be polite, disciplined, and quite resolute. I am sure he will be a high raking figure in his future life. Hope to see the facility again.

The suite I stayed in was lovely, featuring a balcony, a full kitchen, and a washing machine. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to meet my needs, particularly Kan, with whom I had several pleasant interactions. Although Somerset is located away from the city center, it’s in a convenient area with everything you need within walking distance.
