Very far from the main touristy stuff in Istanbul but worth the rooms, very spacious very comfortable. Excellent housekeeping daily. Staff at front desk is always helpful and polite. The area around the hotel is full of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Nice safe modern area to explore at night.

The suite I stayed in was lovely, featuring a balcony, a full kitchen, and a washing machine. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to meet my needs, particularly Kan, with whom I had several pleasant interactions. Although Somerset is located away from the city center, it’s in a convenient area with everything you need within walking distance.

The hotel was beautiful, everything about it was first class! The people who worked there did everything they could to make me happy to stay there. The only thing they didn't have, and said they couldn't legally sell was Rollaids, I forgot mine. That was my fault.

The experience was great. The staff were professional and very polite. The only thing that requires attention is the comfort level of the pillows. One pillow was too low and two pillows were too high. Also, I expected the pillows to be more comfortable than what they were. Other than this, the rooms were clean, the kitchenette was fully equipped and it was a great experience.

I had to book this additional night just to be able to check out at 4 pm because the front desk employee said they are fully booked and can not give me a late checkout so infront of him I booked an additional night and told him apparently you are not fully booked and informed the manager of what happened and she said oh you just booked the last room.
