Very good

A clean, modem and spacious apartment in the university area of Bordeaux. Friendly staff who spoke good English. Parking easy and free. Lots of restaurants nearby. Direct team to city centre.

Check in was bad, as I arrived late and could not get in. I don't have a smartphone, so can't access www-addresses. The code could have been sent before by email. Finally, I got in only due to help of ther hotel guests. If I had arrived later, what then?

Not good enough

The room has never cleaned up during our 5 nights stay, even asked twice every other day. Noisy neighbors active too early in the mornings. No air conditioning.

Conociendo la cultura de Bordeaux

La ubicación del apart hotel es excelente, cerca a tranvia, supermercados, restaurantes, farmacia, etc. Las camas son confortables, pero en cuanto a infraestructura y limpieza, no hay que tener muchas expectativas: los pasillos y la lavanderia son bien sucios (årea comun), también la limpieza del cuarto es pobre (pasé 16 días y limpiaron 1 vez, me decían que yo debía llevar la basura afuera, y cambiaron toallas 2 veces...las lavava yo ...etc.), la ducha no funcionaba bien desde la pared y el funcionario me dijo que me bañe con la ducha en la mano...cosas del tipo que me hacen pensar que el turismo ni el turista no es un foco para la empresa. Hubo funcionarios que me trataron con calidez, prontitud (Mme Vaiana, por ejemplo)... otros ni tanto. Hay un mínimo de infraestructura (platos, Cubiertos, etc)... Pero la ubicación es excelente y me sirvió al proposito de mi viaje.

Étape a Talence pour une nuit. Personnels prĂ©venant et professionnelles. Chambre impeccable et cĂŽtĂ© Ă©quipement cuisine c'est tres bien. Tres grand balcon Chambre au dernier Ă©tage. La seule chose qui m'a gĂȘnĂ©e est la chaleur dĂ» a la canicule. Deux ventilateurs dans le studio mais c'Ă©tait un peu juste. Normalement pas de possibilitĂ© de rĂ©server une place de parking mais j'ai eu la surprise de voir que la rĂ©ceptionniste en avait bloquĂ©e une pour moi suite a notre Ă©change de mail. HĂŽtel bien situĂ© proche des transports en commun. CĂŽtĂ© prix sa reste tres raisonnable.

La literie du canapĂ© est inacceptable, et la propretĂ© trĂšs moyenne, impossible d’ouvrir la fenĂȘtre Ă  cause des odeurs de poisson venant de l’extĂ©rieur !! L’accĂšs aux transports est trĂšs bien, le Parking est vraiment un plus.

Erreur Ă  notre arrivĂ©e car la clĂ© n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© laissĂ©e dans le coffre sĂ©curisĂ© pour une arrivĂ©e tardive. Un numĂ©ro d'urgence nous a permis de rĂ©gler la situation avec l'arrivĂ©e d'une personne en 20-30 min. Nous avons remontĂ© notre mĂ©contentement Ă  l'hĂŽtelier et celui-ci a Ă©tĂ© transmis Ă  la plateforme hotels.com qui a parfaitement traitĂ© le point. Au final, mĂȘme si nous n'avons pas apprĂ©ciĂ© ce dĂ©sagrĂ©ment Ă  22h30, nous souhaitons partager que le service clients est trĂšs efficace et Ă  l'Ă©coute de ses clients !

Une nuit pour deux dans hĂ©bergement pour 4 au troisiĂšme Ă©tage. Accueil professionnel et souriant. La seule chose qu’on nous a pas expliquĂ© c’était la wi-fi dommage. Au troisiĂšme Ă©tage, particuliĂšrement bien insonorisĂ© et rideaux occultants, logement propre avec cependant, table abĂźmĂ©e et luminaire manquant au dessus lavabo. Juste une nuit et pas eu l’occasion d’utiliser la cuisine vraiment bien Ă©quipĂ©e (vaisselle
) rĂ©frigĂ©rateur bien dimensionnĂ©. Assez déçue au niveau de la literie, on a l’impression que le matelas fait 65 cm de large
 Armoire, rangement, penderie, trĂšs bien Enfin, la salle de bain, vrai problĂšme d’odeur avec reflux de canalisations et baignoire pas du tout adaptĂ©e mĂȘme dangereuse. Produits lavage, serviettes, sĂšche cheveux Ă  disposition trĂšs pratique. Petit dĂ©jeuner sucrĂ© salĂ© classique assez complet. Pour se dĂ©marquer, le petit plus aurait Ă©tĂ© une proposition de cannelĂ©s
 Personnel trĂšs gentil. Seul bĂ©mol sur le site de rĂ©servation, j’avais lu parking intĂ©rieur qui, pour moi, supposĂ© gratuit, et un peu surprise en arrivant, car on nous a expliquĂ© que c’était payant et qu’il restait une seule place. Notre arrivĂ©e initialement prĂ©vue tard le soir a Ă©tĂ© avancĂ©e et heureusement sinon je ne sais pas comment j’aurais fait pour stationner. Le local en sous-sol ne sentait vraiment pas bon. Il reste que l’hĂŽtel est bien placĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d’une ligne de tram et est dans l’ensemble trĂšs accueillant.
