Nice apartments

Great stay at this new serviced apartment complex. The apartments are clearly very new (probably built in 2017/18), clean, well furnished with comfortable beds, nice living areas and a reasonable kitchen, making a convenient change from hotels for people on a long trip. The basics are all provided: bathroom amenities, laundry and dishwasher detergent, plus tea, coffee and even Nespresso style pod coffee for people who don't understand how real coffee should taste. The apartments have decent balconies so you can get some fresh air, as well as good air conditioning, and fast free wifi. Be aware - this is NOT a hotel. Don't expect room service, bellhops, housekeeping or a turndown service. If this is what you value, stay somewhere else. If you want a nice, quiet and practical space, this works well. There is a Kmart, Coles and Woolworths plus a foodcourt in the nearby mall, a closer Woolworths for basic groceries and plenty of bars and restaurants. Pay the extra for an ocean view, as the beach at Broadbeach is amazing. If the weather is bad, or you fancy a night in, the TV has Netflix built in, plus Foxtel. Staff are helpful and friendly if you need anything (and always onsite), but will otherwise leave you alone.

Room was extremely spacious and came with all the amenities one could ask for. Conveniently located near the bus stop, tram stop and shopping mall. If only check out time could be slightly later, at 12 noon perhaps, Avani would be ideal.

New facility in a great location. Unnecessary car park charge levied on Room Guests, public can easily use the parking lots for free. House keeping was very lacking - no service for 2 days in a row! The room was available for cleaning the entire day! And this was for a Premier Suite!

A perfect location and new rooms

It was a great stay with clean rooms and all the amenities you need for even cooking youf own meal. It is 7 mins walk to pacific fair mall and 12 mins to broadbeach for great morning swim. Te girls at reception are friendly and nice but sometimes have to smile a bit more!
