The property was in excellent condition and has so much room for the two of us. It was the perfect location as it was just outside the main district but within walking distance of everything in old Quebec. We would definitely rent from here again.

SP102 - Good need some change.

We rented SP102 and we enjoy our stay except the fact that on the first floor we had to have the bedroom door open to be able to have air conditioning if not to warm. The other thing is 2 big windows with non curtains facing a building with lights all night. So the loft is very bright all night. And the floor were not very clean we had a 11 months baby who likes to crawl.

Great place with excellent location which is closed to everything. The place is clean with all toiletries and bathroom essentials. The only thing should be done during booking process is giving out directions how to get to paid parking lot to save some time for guests. Great stay within the walkable part of lower Quebec City. The rooms are basically soundproof, which was great because we had a baby in our room and next door. We didn't hear each other at all.
