The villa was exactly what I was looking for. Peaceful, serene, beautiful view of the ocean and right on the beach. The owner provided all the details along with recommendations. Super helpful for my first trip to Turks and Caicos. Lita from housekeeping was so nice and ensured my stay was perfect. I will be booking another trip to stay at Caribbean Sea Breeze!

Absolutely love the location! The beach access was great and views of the water are breathtaking. I wish they had bicycles and beach umbrellas as indicated on their website. Sarah (concierge host) and Lita (villa attendant) were amazing. 10 out of 10 for me. Surpassed my expectations.

Lovely location for my wife and 4 year old. Peaceful and quiet part of the beach. We loved the ease to access the beach and having it so close. It was also lovely to watch the sunrise over the ocean each morning. A great value!

This place is awesome everything you need for your stay down to seasoning for your food and a washing machine for free everything is 8 minutes away I would rent a car and you have a beach right outside and the view is unreal

Perfect secluded hotel

Friendly and easy going staff that tended to alll our needs and requests. Love the secluded area from the rest of the busy parts of the island. The price was also decent compared to most hotels. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great, like staying at a friends beach house! Very comfortable! If you are looking for 5 star, then go stay at a 5 star resort, if you are looking for clean, comfortable, relaxing with a beautiful view, then stay here! Past visitors leave trash on the beach, which is very uncool amd disrespectful, but that has nothing to do with the property's owner or staff.

Wow! Our view of the beach was absolutely breathtaking, I am not a wake up and watch the sunrise kind of person but I will say that I did it every day we were here. I chose this spot for our honeymoon and have to say it did not disappoint, the location is so close to the beach. Thank you to the staff for making our arrival special and having a special layout for us, we are definitely going back for one of our anniversaries!

Stayed here with my family of four during spring break. The positive: - prior to trip, concierge sent helpful excursion advice - the view and proximity to beautiful ocean is amazing - Lita the housekeeper is very kind and helpful The negative: - This property is infested with roaches. We saw them in many places, most dramatically on my bed pillow when I was getting ready to go to sleep the final night. There are also spiders and lizards, which didn't bother me too much. The roach infestation did make it difficult to stay in the house, cook, etc. - There is horseback riding through the ocean right in front of the house which is an interesting site to see, but we did encounter a lot of horse manure washed up. That deterred us from swimming in what otherwise would have been pristine and enjoyable water. If bugs do not bother you, this place may be for you. Otherwise, find somewhere else to stay that does not have this problem.

Excellent Stay- Perfect

Loved this property. We stay at a lot of homes/hotels and we were very impressed. The views are amazing. Sunrise every morning. There isn’t a lot of beach on this side of the island but enough to make it perfect. The check in & check out process was extremely smooth. The ladies who came and cleaned every other day and washed our towels were super nice. This is an older house on the beach but it has been recently upgraded and it was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. We had all that we needed for kitchen. There was salt & pepper and 2 other spices and coffee filters for us. There are indv AC units for each room but the living room you will want to use ocean breeze to save energy. There are ceiling fans. This 2 bedroom is upstairs with private entrance. Downstairs has its own entrance. We loved having our upstairs ocean views. We asked for Bikes and they arrived in 3 min. We had them all week no charge. Kayaks too. We would rent here again in a heartbeat. Driving the island is easy and Grace Bay is only a 8 min drive to restaurants. They don’t drink the water in the island, you will want to buy at grocery. However, we cooked w/ water and coffee pot and we were fine. Food is very expensive on island. Long Bay is a more quiet side but close to everything. You’ll see horseback and jet skis. Kite surfing. Shallow ocean. No snorkeling on this side.

The villa was very clean. The WiFi worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did have issues with the tv remote along with the one ac remote. Says there is a washer and dryer on site but was only able to locate the washer, however, there is a clothesline to dry. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Even though the communication with the property is slow/late response, the housekeeper, Ms. Lita, explained everything to us, she even recommend where to shop and eat, she keep our place very clean, thank you!

This was an amazing stay very quiet and intimate. ACs are only in rooms. Beach is rocky didn’t go but was beautiful ! Water pressure and overall architecture is outdated but everything was still clean ! The hosts were amazing and everything worked fine. Away from popular areas about 10 mins cab or rent a car. Overall beautiful for a private stay! We loved the communication and how easy everything was checking in!
