Amazing stay. The townhouse was well equipped and maintained. The kids loved having their own pool, and the clubhouse pool and waterslides made our park rest day even better. Loved all the space and washer dryer. Best stay in Orlando we have ever had. Easy transparent communication and great property management group.

The inside of the house was beautiful. What I would recommend is anyone that rents should know that the essentials are not included such as salt pepper, toilet paper, paper towels. There were no dish towels no potholders no dish rack and no dish basin. The outside of the property could’ve used some TLC. The flower beds and the shrubs and trees could have been trimmed for a nicer appearance.

Ótima casa, mas longe de absolutamente tudo

Casa muito bonita, gigantesca, bem arrumada, tvs em todos os comodos, cozinha bem grande (bem poucos acessórios, para ficar mais tempo nela foi bem ruim nesse sentido), banheiros limpos e muito grandes. A casa tinha 2 problemas, o primeiro era a localização, que era MUITO afastada e bem diferente do que nos foi vendido pela hoteis.com, e também o ar condicionado que não funcionava bem em todos os quartos, mas tirando isso era excelente. Recomendaria muito essa casa para quem quer ficar distante de tudo (o que não era o nosso caso e a hoteis.com nos mentiu), mas para quem quer ir aos parques, outlets e tudo mais, é MUITO longe de tudo, cada saida de casa levava, pelo menos, 1 hora de transito até chegar. A casa que nos alocaram não era nem perto de Kissimmee, como nos venderam, era uma casa em Davenport, muito longe mesmo.

The home is ideal for spending time in the Miami area. You will need a car to get around, but access via the motorways to the parks is very easy. The house was spotless and extremely comfortable.Great facilities.highly recommended. I hope to return.

All the beddings in the property were dirty, had stains that looked like vomit. The worst part was when we went to use the oven and the whole house got smoked out that took 35 minutes to clear out with all the doors and window opened because there was a huge grease spill in the bottom of the oven that was covered with foil! When we contacted the property manager he come over the follow day and gave us oven cleaner and told us to spray the oven and clean out in an hour!!! We told him we were not cleaning the oven and it never got cleaned therefore we could not use it the entire week we were there! We also had to throw out the food we had in the oven in the first place and the manager told us to cook the oven pizzas in the microwave!!!! Terrible stay!

You are greeted by a rule BOOK about 15 pages long .inside was a bit dated ,burn on counters , broken drawers etc .homes are very close together so noise was a bit loud . 23 paid to hear the pool and were never able to use it . Pool remained freezing . You also cannot adjust the home’s temperature or open windows for airflow .

We had a wonderful stay. Property was very clean and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We appreciated that the property owners left a few essentials to hold us over until we could shop (TP/PT, hand soap, dish soap and sponges, trash bags, etc.) Property owners were very responsive to any questions or requests that we had. If I had one complaint, it would be with the pack and play that was provided. This thing has seen a LOT of miles and should be replaced, but it looks like I wasn’t charged the extra fee for it so I can’t really complain. Also, Expedia advertised the property as 10-15 minutes from Disney parks, but it was actually about 30. No fault of the property owners but was a bit of a disappointment.

The house was fabulous! I wish it was slightly a little more handicap accessible as for needs (ei. Railings and at least one toilet seat lift. Maybe a shower seat.) other than that his hiccup. This will be our go to place going forward for Florida visits.

Our stay at this vacation home was overall enjoyable. The house itself was excellent—well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the owners was outstanding; they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated. However, the pool area was a significant disappointment. The pool had large holes—one in the shallow end and another in the deep end—which made it unsafe and less enjoyable, especially for the children. Over time, the pool's condition worsened, with algae visibly growing along the steps and walls. This prevented us from fully enjoying one of the main amenities of the property, which was a letdown. Despite this issue, the home itself was fantastic, and we would recommend it, especially if the pool area is improved. Addressing the pool's maintenance would make this property an outstanding choice for future guests.

We highly recommend this home rental. Excellent communication with Joyce & Ivor. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Was well kept and clean. Quiet area where home is located. The pool was great and having it heated is an extra charge keep in mind. I have to say the bottom of the pool had some area’s where it was sharp and a few of us had little cuts on our toes. We went out and purchased pool shoes and that fixed the issue! Home was stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, cups. Would certainly stay here again and of course recommend it to our friends and family.

I booked a stay in Kissimmee which was close to our event and last minute we were shunted out to Davenport which was much farther away. The Wi-Fi barely worked and there was almost no cell service around the property. All of the pillows were pancake flat and terrible. Property could have been much cleaner. Overall I disliked the entire process of working with this host.
