This is a smooth property owner and site to deal with and stay. The security went above and beyond, helping with bag storage, and even tried to find me a cheaper date for my return Lyft. The room and bathrooms were clean. Even free shower soap and towels were provided.

Excellent ratio of price and quality. Our room was clean and it was exactly as in the photos. We would stay there again. We got the real New York feeling and had a spacious room with 3 double beds at a fraction of the price of a hotel.

It’s a dive, with very cheap sheets and towels, and the beds didn’t match the description so we had to share beds (but they wouldn’t do anything about it because “the same number of people could sleep”), and the halls smelled weird, the elevators were overcrowded, and the floor was quite slanted… …but it was clean, there was 24 hour door staff, and the bathrooms were well maintained. The location is great, and the price was even better. I was honestly expecting worse.

The bathroom was extra small even for someone 5’7”. Room was also very small. The washer and dryer service available was pricey at 10dlls for the card and 4 dollars per service but it’s there. Someone on duty 24 hours a day at front desk. Think hostel with a bathroom and kitchenette with micro microwave if you choose this room. If you are claustrophobic do not stay here otherwise it meets the minimum requirements to enjoy NYC without selling an organ. TY,

Comenzamos con que la promoción de este listado tenía fotos de baño privado y no fue asi, era compartido con varias habitaciones de personas que viven allí que no son muy higiénicos. Las toallas no tenian muy buen olor y la ropa de cama tampoco. La ubicación es muy buena, pero deben trabajar en esos asuntos mencionados porque honestamente es muy desagradable.

The property is extremely dirty the management is rude and they make you pay for almost everything the reason didn’t even have a basic iron and they charge you extremely high price for amenity which they will really offer the towels are reused and small dirty and the sheets also dirty the beds are also dirty

The property manager is very rude everything in the properties all about money they have to communication and it’s very extremely dirty and what you book is not what they promised you they didn’t even have a iron in the room it is terribly awful
