Charming and a Great Value

This hotel is for you if you’re looking for a non-cookie-cutter experience and a great value… We loved the waiters and desk people, as well as the incredible location with the dining terrace literally above the Mediterranean. We wish all the best to Giovani, Andrea, Dinalo, Mario, Enrico, Antonio and the rest of the staff who treated us with such professionalism and kindness.

Hôtel décevant pas à la hauteur d un 4 étoiles , petit déjeuner mauvais, salle de bain horrible avec un rideau de douche ! Les joints de douche moisis, le mitigeur fixe et rouille , lavabo décelé mini salle de bain et Minnie tv qui ne marche pas , mini terrasse plutôt un balcon

Bon hôtel très belle vue. Cependant attention car pour aller à Sorrente il faut marcher un peu et ce sont des escaliers et des côtes. La wifi n’est en fait disponible qu’à la piscine et à la salle petit déjeuner avec les falaises derrières. Pas de frigo dans la chambre dommage car avec la chaleur d’été pour une bouteille d’eau ça serait utile. Literie très dure et pas de couverture juste un petit drap. Cependant nous n’avions pas de chambre vue mer sur le papier mais nous avons tout de même eu une très belle vue sur Grande Marina

L’hotel è difficile da raggiungere e dovete mettere in conto altri 15 euro di parcheggio a notte. È fronte mare, ma sotto una grande roccia e c’è un rumore di sottofondo continuo che non è dato dal mare. Intimità zero quando siete su uno dei terrazzini/balconi. Pulizia scarsa, colazione davvero di bassa qualità.

Situato fronte mare, ha una vista bellissima. Le camere belle, devono migliorare sui particolari....aria condizionata senza termostato, manca il frigo bar, letto matrimoniale formato da 2 letyk. Personale comunque all'altezza. Prezzo interessante.

Not as expected!

We decided to book this hotel for our summer holiday, mainly because of the advertised increased measures with regards to the COVID-19. Increased measures were supposed to be additional cleaning, disinfection, and cooked to order breakfast. Out of the 4 different hotels we stayed in (all in Italy) this was the only hotel serving a self-service buffet (despite being illegal). We addressed this to the manager, who showed little to no interest in changing. We were told they could provide us breakfast cooked to order, but either in the same over-crowded buffet room, or in our tiny hotel room. They had no menu to chose from. We addressed this many times, resulting in an heated argument with the manager at check-out, blaming us for not having addressed this to him (although we several times did). The hotel in general appears to be 2-3 star rather than 4 stars as stated on the website. Tiny rooms with old furniture, no minibar (the first 4 star hotel I have ever been to without a fridge for beverages), no towels for their swimming pool (we were told to go an buy towels). We even had to argue with the receptionist at 23.30 to be able to buy bottles of water for the room, as he told us the bar was closed. On top of this, the hotel is 500-600 meters from the closest parking, with no luggage service. We had to carry all our luggage to the hotel. This is not a 4 start experience in my opinion. However, the hotel employes a couple of very service-minded and knowledgable staff members!

Hotel was a bit of a trek to reach as no roads lead to it but the views alone were worth it. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. Very good breakfast and great food in the restaurant

Posizione eccezionale su Marina Grande, lontano dalla confusione del centro ma allo stesso tempo in posizione comoda, essendo a circa 10 Minuti a piedi dal corso principale, con due parcheggi custoditi a pagamento nelle vicinanze. Hotel a strapiombo sul mare con una vista mozzafiato. Camere confortevoli, migliorerei la colazione. Voto 4/5, sicuramente da consigliare.
