Service great. Clean room however we as family of three never smoke but involve in neighbors smoke weeds and cigars My wife and my kids not happy with the bad smoking. The hotel needs to raise attentions for that matters That is all I concern for this hotel

Had a great time here. Room was a little dirty around the edges, but overall clean and well kept. Excellent view of the ocean from the balcony. Right on the beach, and the pool area was awesome (loved the lazy river). Overall had a great time here! Would stay here again.

Booking this property through Expedia was seen as a “3rd party” booking by the property. I guess there is an owner travel company that the property through Expedia is booked under and therefore we were treated differently than the regular guests - couldn’t store our bags for us after check out, hesitant to give us any additional toilet paper or toiletries- etc. The Camelot staff was nice but it seemed that they have specific instructions not to treat “3rd party” guests the same. It made for some difficulty.

The lack if communication that this is a privately owned suite. Which there are different stipulations and expectations as well as additional fees for things such as towel etc because we get no hotel services. I feel tgat should of been disclosed early on also. Couch looks extremely old and dirty needs replaced.

The AC was set on 79 and locked. It was 100 outside. We called multiple times and nobody ever came to adjust the AC..it was miserable and hard to sleep in the hot room!

Location is great. Was unable to enter the room at check in. Maintenence was needed to replace the battery on the keypad. Immensely frustrating as that should have been checked prior to check in. No wifi in condo despite saying there was. TV was dated with bad mark through screen and no or warped sound on many channels.

Parking on site. The view was spectacular! Indoor Lazy River, indoor baby pool, indoor hot tub, indoor big pool, outdoor pool, easy beach access. Low water pressure, stressful the apartment had to be cleaned by us or get fined. Fines seemed excessive and picky. Email with directions not timely. After booking, was offered extra nights for lower rate. Then day of was offered early check in for $10 an hour. Loved it but will consider a hotel just to not be stressed over potential fines. And if I wanted to clean, I could stay home. (We normally leave pretty tidy, but the list was excessive)
