Is Marriott closing down Dec 2017? Sad it's gone.

Quick check in..room was well maintained. Resto service was excellent but food too pricey and small potions. Live band was putting alot efforts to sing even not many guest. Good to have to by the pool when i stayed on Saturday.

Pleasant stay for business

The hotel staff are friendly, polite and well-mannered and try to actively engage me whenever we meet at the breakfast restaurant, lift or hotel area. The rooms are standard 4-star deco and looking a bit tired. It could be dark after dark. Toilet is small but clean. As I was staying in executive floor on 11th, I was able to access the exec lounge on 12th for drinks and snacks through the day. Service from the staff in the executive lounge was great! They were always helpful with suggestions and provide prompt service. All in all, a pleasant 2 night stay and I would come back to this hotel if I were in Cebu again. Friendly service makes up for the lack of a grander deco.

Nice and excellent service

Stayed for 2 nights and it is quite a nice hotel especially their service. As for the location, there is a huge shopping mall call Ayala mall just next to the hotel. Highly recommended hotel.

Can be better

Good location. Facilities below expectation. gym was relative old and they do not provide ear phone for treadmill. Services and friendliness of staffs cannot be compared to a lower graded quest Hotel, and was a world apart from the top end Crimson hotel.

Marriott Cebu City

I highly recommend people to stay at the Marriott Cebu as the hotel security is very tight. When they help you call for a taxi they would copy down the taxi`s license plate. The best part is that just next to Marriott is Ayala shopping mall .The rooms in Marriott give you a comfortable feeling and the staffs at the hotel are very friendly but the only problem is that there is no free Wi-Fi which is rather inconvient.

아얄라몰 바로앞이라 너무좋았는데 마사지는 기대이하 이더라구요. 호텔이였지만 아얄라몰 마사지가 더 좋았어요. 직원들도 엄청 친절하구 룸도 깨끗하고 좋아요!

セキュリティー万全

ホテルに入るのにセキュリティーがあってびっくりでした。でもその点安心でした。アヤラモールと直結はよかったです。それもレストランのところにアクセスするので便利でした。エグゼクティブラウンジでお腹がいっぱいになりました。 朝もおいしかったです。

Decent but losing ground

The hotel is good but could use some upgrades for the high price. The staff and location are wonderful. But, the curtains and furniture are old and worn. Makes the room look like it is from the 1970's. Breakfast buffet is expensive considering the small selection. There is a very limited selection of food for room service in the evening.
