I appreciated that everything I needed was within walking distance, including grocery stores and restaurants. Transportation options were conveniently located right in front of the property. However, the noise level, especially at night, can be disruptive, likely due to the bustling nature of the area. Overall, though, it's a great location with many amenities nearby.

Place was great, the only thing needs attention is Hot water in the kitchen area, but honestly its a great place, Condo Staff was great and very nice host, if ever i go back to Baguio this is the place I would want to stay at, 100%..

Great hotel near the night market and shopping. Parking was tricky and the parking staff were very pushy about trying to get money for unnecessary things, but overall I really liked the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

I did not like how theres only 1 toilet paper for a party of 5. I also saw a few cockroaches in the bathroom. No hairdryer either. The bidet's hose is too stiff and hard to use. However I did like the number of bedrooms. And the proximity to other places.

The first night we went in, the sheets are not clean. Great possibility of slipping in the bathroom, great risk for falling on the concrete floor causing injuries or possible death. There is also a smell in the bathroom. No handtowel available in the kitchen. Housekeeping gave us mats that easliy absorb water and made it yucky to use it after.

Good!

The unit was ok. It’s clean when we got there. But then we have no cleaning stuff to use like broom, dust pan, mop and rugs. We requested it and they sent us some. The bathroom bidet spray was leaking or something, the area was wet. The shower glass wall was not completely closed that’s why when we showered it leaks some water and made the floor wet. Other than that, the unit was ok. The crew were very helpful. Our concerns were always answered and solved except the bathroom issue. It’s quiet and everything is walking distance.

I hope they could improve the bathroom windows to something opaque, change the bidet head since it’s leaking if not adjusted well, and add a fan in the living room. Other than that, we love the proximity of the place to session road and harrison road and the host is friendly and accommodating. Wifi is reliable too.
