Comfortable stay

Very nice and comfortable place. 2 bedroom was perfect for our family. The only problem is that the bathroom shower had mold. I will let manager know that.

Highlly recommanded

The stay was great, the apartment was very comfortable, clean, spacious, and in the perfect location to walk around the city. The only small downside is that the airport is very close to the city and the landing route goes over the city, so you can't leave an open window once you want to go to bed, but if a window is closed then no noise is coming in.

Fabulous!

Wonderful apartment! Ultra clean, well equipped, nicely decorated, safe and secure, I loved it! I think they may have apartments in different buildings, I was on the 9th floor and despite being on the main road, it was very quiet, with a nice view of the city. Good wifi and well equipped kitchen. Great black out curtains and comfy bed. Public transport directly outside, or it was an easy walk into the city, with the main train station and big shopping centre with Lidl a very short walk. The staff were all lovely at reception and let me store my luggage after check out. The reception wasn’t the easiest to find but it was ok, it’s tucked off the main road opposite a Zabka convenience store. I wished I could stay longer and would definitely stay again!

Apartment used was outstanding. It is definitely large enough for 3 people. The only issue is not used to using handheld shower instead of stand-alone shower head, otherwise bathroom is excellent.

Modern lägenhet på 8e våningen vilket vi inte hade en aning om. Vidare insåg vi inte att lägenheten låg 2,5 km från flygplatsen med lågt flygande plan som följd. Köket bra men saknades t ex skål till sallad eller upplägg. Boendet kändes dock säkert och även om parkeringen kostade så kändes det bra att ha den i garage.

SON UNOS IRRESPONSABLES

Esta Experiencia Negativa la tiene bien merecida este Hotel de Apartamentos en Poznan... Estaba de Viaje entre Lithuania y España en coche con mi familia (3 Niños) y he alquilado uno de los apartamentos para tener suficiente espacio, el día de mi llegada, partía desde Kaunas, Lithuania a 8 horas y 30m de Poznan. Antes de mi llegada les he notificado, por email y llamada que llegaría entre las 20h y 21h y que me informaran si había algún inconveniente, y me han dicho que no, que me enviarían un email con instrucciones para obtener la llave, lo cual nunca sucedió. Así que me encontré frente al edificio con mis 3 hijos en el coche hambrientos sin tener donde quedarme. Hoteles.com me ha reubicado, de verdad gracias por la gestión, pero el hotel ha sido muy irresponsable. REFERENCIA NEGATIVA

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The receptionist sent two thugs to our room to intimidate and harass us when we complained about insufficient towels and bedsheets in the room. We should never have even opened the door to these men. We tried to slam the door to keep them out, but they kept coming back. They barged into the room, kicked our shoes, threw things around and took our keys and cancelled our booking. They were upset that we had complained - a completely disproportionate and irrational response. DO NOT BOOK.
