Hot water was broken, they gave us a discount, but a phone call would have been nice as we could have found other accommodations. If you gave any allergies this is not place for you. We had to leave early because everyone was sneezing coughing red eyes. As soon as we left everyone felt better. Desk staff was very nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. The place seems clean. No frills, but a good overnight stopping point.

The receptionist at the front was pleasant and very helpful. When we got the keys to the room it was hot, the toliet was clogged and there was no shower curtain BUT once we talked to the receptionist he did his best to find us a room that had air conditioning, a functional toliet and a shower curtain.

My room was generally ok. We did have clean towels and bedding, but there was NO HOT WATER on Sunday morning and as a result, I couldn’t shower! That’s a deal-breaker for me. No matter how reasonably priced the room is, if I can’t shower, then I can’t stay there!

Luke warm water. No heat in room. No television remotes. When asking the front desk, they were nice, explained it was a building issue with the boilers. Positive parts were large room with high ceiling, Clean. Resonable rate. Would come back again if they fixed the hot water, traveling to upstate NY, and want to avoid NY charges on lodging.

Always a pleasure staying here, employees are always friendly. Parking garage which most hotels don’t have in this location. Nice comfortable room. Great location

Once inside it looks like a hotel. But from outside not so much. Room was nice and quiet. Hot water was nice and hot. Good work. In room coffee maker but no package of caffeinated provided. Lighting in bathroom is dull. Was not told ahead of time about garage on lower floor. Convenient. But needs a clean up . I would try Maron Hotel again!
