적극추천합니다

위치상으로 포르토 어디를 가던 쉽게 갈수 있고 상벤투역이 가까워서 다른 도시로 가기로 편했습니다. 중심가에 있어서 낡은 건물일까 걱정했는데 내부는 리모델링한 신축건물이었으며 카운터 직원분도 매우 친잘하셨습니다. 현관키도 따로있어서 보안상 안전해서 좋았습니다. 단 직원이 24시간 상주하지 않는다는 점은 잘생각해보시고 예약하시기바랍니다.

The staff were efficient and quick to help me check in and check out. I thought I had lost my ring (it was in my purse the whole time…) and they offered to help look! The room is spacious and clean. It’s very easy to walk out and go to the metro or train stations. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

This place is absolutely lovely, good location, clean, and staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back again when visiting Porto. Very clear and detailed info about places around Porto on arrival as well as room tour with Sandra, and assistance from Leondua. You all amazing! Left standing on the sidewalk at check-in time

...after we had specifically answered the question "When will you check in?" and we were right on time. No one at front desk; no note; no call; no text; no email; no nothing. After 10 minutes on the sidewalk we were lucky to be let in by exiting guest who helpfully told us "I haven't seen anyone all day." Reached some one by phone and told "She had to go to another property. She'll be there any minute. 15 minutes later, 30 minutes after we arrived, someone shows up and checks us in. We were surprised that she was not apologetic.

Nice friendly hotel in centre of Porto

The hotel is central to all attractions and there is easy access in & out of the building. The rooms are spacious and clean but the beds are very hard. Basic kitchen facilities including a fridge.
