Nice villa like hotel nested near many eateries, spas and shopping options and hence very assessible. The staff are very friendly and responsive to feedback and request. Enjoyed our stay and will consider return when we are back in Bali.

Washing machine and dryer are provided in one bedroom family suite, which is very useful. I enjoyed doing laundry as it's pretty easy. However the hotel only provides rain shower head which I do not like to use it compared to the traditional shower head. The rain shower head is not convenient to use if you do not want to wash your hair. Everything else is pretty good other than this. I will come back to Rama Residence Petitenget again next time in Bali!

Fabulous hotel

This was one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed! The staff were very helpful and eager to listen our all requests. The restaurant was great. The breakfast had plenty of choices. The premises were clean and quite. If we visit Bali again, Rama residence will be my hotel! Very good value for money as well.

Wonderful oasis in a busy area . The hotel stuff is very nice. The ambience is relaxed. My room was clean and quiet. In the restaurant they don't serve pastries anymore. The food was good anyway. I can highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Rama Residence Petitenget, and we can't recommend it enough, especially for families! Traveling with two infants can be challenging, but the staff at Rama Residence made everything seamless. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly warm, kind, and accommodating to all our needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing everything we needed for our little ones, and always with a smile. They even anticipated our needs before we could ask, making us feel right at home. The facilities are clean, modern, and very family-friendly, and the location is perfect for both relaxing and exploring the surrounding area. Thank you to the entire team at Rama Residence for making our family vacation so enjoyable and stress-free. We will definitely be returning!

The poo is excellent the rooms are a little old but large 1br suite is a bargain the york over the road bintang is the same as the supermarket food is good cheap smallish the forge 150m is expensiveish but the food is tops most serves are easy for 2

Good overall stay but DO NOT use the spa. We were taken over the road as they clearly didnt have capacity on site at the time but wanted the business. It quickly became apparent that guys who delivered the service were untrained meaning the experience cost us money to effectively waste half an evening of our holiday. It was so bad they should have compensated us for our time but we couldn't be bothered to argue.

Room and bathroom were spacious. I liked the water dispenser in the room which also provided instant hot water. Pool area was lovely and we had it to ourselves one afternoon. There is a spa in the hotel, recommend the foot and Balinese massage. Staff were very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby.

The hotel was lovely, as were the helpful sfaff. The rooms were all on the ground floor, with small individual gardens; it was great having this private outside space. The pool was also in a garden. What we didn't like was the street, which was extremely busy and also that the beaches were all quite a long walk away. However, there were many good bars and restaurants close to the hotel, Balinese and international.
