It was a decent stay but i heard rodents in the soffit of the ceiling running around often. The pool area is nice. The building has floods often but they clean up everyday.

Spectacular ocean view in a very well appointed room, with nice kitchen, ample living space and a nice bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioning was exceptional and very nice big screen TV. Host Roland is a class-act. Very helpful, communicative and accommodating. It is clear that her wants his guests to have a great vacation.

Property as expected. Everyone enjoyed the stay although mine was shorter because of flight delays. Property for me was just a little difficult to get to but only because of current road construction going on. I would recommend staying here to anyone wanting to entertain larger group. 2 good sized rooms and 2 restrooms a plus for any family or group of people enjoying vacation. Thanks again Roland. Fantastic view from room of ocean and surround area. Easy parking on site. Great condo with good quality decor and furnishings, kitchen is nice with all needed items, nice TV's with Netflix.. high speed wifi. Everything worked and owner was very helpful and good communications. Overall an excellent choice. We will be back again.

Great condo and view

Very good condo, well furnished, great communication with the owner. He will Personally pick you up at the airport and go To the condo to explain you the rules and facilities. A scooter is also available for free. The condo is amazing and modern and great view from the 14th floor. However the pool and facilities are old. The location is a little Bit far from the tourist area so depending what you are looking for. Highly recommend with kids/ large Family. Very easy to order a taxi or food. The beach if not clean. Better to pay a pass day in an hotel to enjoy great beach and meals. The quality of the condo and price is very good so we Decided to pay some day pass in great hotels In the area.

It’s a nice old hotel. We knew there would likely be some bugs as it’s hard to avoid in the area. So we expected some bugs and were not surprised. The airport pick up was a really nice perk. The hotel has a few tours available for booking which is also very nice if available. It’s first come first serve. We booked the whale shark/waterfall tour on the first available date. Whale sharks were amazing! Waterfalls were dried up at this time but we were not informed of this until we had finished the whale shark adventure. We went to see monkeys instead which was alright. Pool is nice, we found it refreshing. There’s no restaurant, bar or cafe onsite. GRAB came in very handy for everything else. Also, there are 2 very nice hotels nearby with restaurants/cafes.

セブ島での滞在は、このホテルのおかげで本当に快適なものとなりました。 まず、迎えてくださったスタッフさんがとても明るく親切でした。 何か困ったことや質問があれば、つながったLINEですぐに相談に乗ってくれる頼もしい存在で、感謝しています。 お部屋は広々としていて、キッチンが備え付けられているので、まるで暮らしているような気分で旅を楽しむことができました。 近くのプライベートビーチは有料（650ペソ/1人）ですが、お食事も含まれているうえに人も少なく、静かにリラックスできました。 この料金でこの快適さは十分に価値があると感じました。 唯一の小さな不便は、歩ける距離にスーパーやコンビニがないことでしたが、Grabを利用すればすぐにタクシーが手配でき、どこへでも気軽に行けるので特に問題はありませんでした。 お部屋の鍵の開け閉めに少し手間取ることがありましたが、大きな問題ではなく、ホテルの美しいロケーションがそれを補って余りあるほどでした。 特に、寝室の窓からは海が見え、朝日が昇る様子を眺めることができ、朝から幸せな気持ちになれました。 総じて、素晴らしい施設とスタッフのおかげで、セブ島での思い出がとても特別なものになりました。 また機会があればぜひ再訪したいです。
