We truly enjoyed our stay!! The manager cliff was especially very helpful and accommodating. Check in and check out was very simple and easy. Staff was helpful. We liked the amenities and enjoyed the coffee shop and mini mart downstairs too! The location of the hotel was perfect and our view from our balcony gave us the perfect view of both city and ocean.

I like how comfortable and large it was for the pricing of the room. I love the mountain view. The location is excellent. It is a much older property and the renovation of the recreation amenities limited what we could do in the property itself. But since it's so conveniently located in the main strip, it wasn't too bad since we could simply go to the beach.

Communication with employees was fast and easy, they were all so kind and would try to solve your problems as fast as possible. The rooms were very neat and almost everything that we needed to see was walking distance.

The hotel is in a great area but it is a bit old and it shows. Some chairs in our room were broken, there was some mildew in the shower, and it had an older air conditioner which didn't work great. The staff was great though.

The place was a little old but clean, pool area great, not very close to Groceries so be prepared for a walk. The elevators were a long wait sometimes up to 15 minutes so even not going your way get on because the next won’t be for long time. I found get up early,early and then easy ride
