博多駅から徒歩5、6分くらいの立地が、かえって喧騒から逃れられて良いと思う。室内の設備の古さは否めないが、非常に綺麗に清掃されているし、ベッドリネンの質もよく大変気持ちよく滞在できた。フロントスタッフ、クリーニングスタッフも皆さんとても親切丁寧でした。館内レストランは利用しませんでしたが、朝食ブュッフェはいただいてみたかった。

GWに家族で宿泊させて戴きました。 駅からちょっと距離がありますが、部屋は広く静かで快適でした。 お部屋はきれいだったのですが、残念ながら虫がでたりしたので、その分評価を下げさせてもらいました。 あとWorld Of Hyattの宿泊履歴をつけて下さいとお願いしていたのですが、1ヶ月近くたっても、まだ反映されません。ポイントは０でもいいので、宿泊履歴がほしいのでお願いしたのですが、音沙汰ないです。

ハイアットブランドを期待して初めて利用させて頂きましたが、少し残念でした。清掃が行き届いていますが古さが否めません。立地も博多駅筑紫口から歩ける範囲ですが少し遠く、周囲にコンビニ1件しかありません。目の前が公園なのですが夜は暗く、不安でした。早朝チェックアウトしましたがフロントはおらず、タクシーも居ませんでした。

禁煙室がsold outで喫煙室を予約しました 事情をあらかじめ連絡していたらお部屋をしっかり消臭空気清浄機をまわしてくれていて快適に過ごすことができました

今月で改装のため一時閉館との事、予約してから知りました。 建物は古さを感じる部分もありますが、清潔で快適です。 冷蔵庫はもう少し良いものが相応しいと思います。 改装後も期待です。

アメニティグッズが少ないです。女性用の物は持参した方が良いと思います。ブラシもなくペラペラの櫛しかありませんでした。 チエックアウトは12時でしたが、朝食が10時までですので、早めにチエックアウトしました。朝食バイキングは品数が多く楽しめます。 寝室にアレクサがありましたが、特に必要性はありませんでした。 加湿器が設置されてたのはとても良いです。

部屋は年季が入っているので値段相応という感じでした。 朝食は予想以上にしっかりしていて非常に美味しかったです。 泊まるときは朝食をつけることをお勧めします。
