Along with an indoor pool, this smoke-free condo resort has a restaurant and a fitness centre. Additionally, a bar/lounge, a snack bar/deli and a coffee shop/cafe are on-site. Each condo provides a kitchenette with a fridge, a stovetop, a microwave and a dishwasher. For a bit of entertainment, guests will find a plasma TV with cable channels and a DVD player, and other amenities include a balcony and a coffee/tea maker.
Boardwalk Resorts - Flagship offers 220 accommodations with DVD players and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies. Accommodation at this 3.5-star condo resort has kitchenettes with fridges, stovetops, microwaves and kitchenware and utensils. For it to be a resort it was very outdated and everything inside of it closed to early from the pools to the dining. You have to pay for parking as well which was ridiculous.

Quick stay

Room was spacious, staff was friendly. Indoor pool area was messy but the chemical levels of the pool were checked frequently. Room appeared to be clean and smelled clean other than a used bandaid on top of the climate control area and a pair of socks found under the edge of the bed. Nice view from the room, beds were comfortable. Restaurant has great food and drinks.

I used to really like this property however it feels more like the seedy motels on the other side of the boardwalk. We first arrived to our room with a broken balcony door handle…when it was time to get ready to go out our shower did not run hot water…the next morning we notified the front desk clerk whose response was”you gotta let it run for a while” there was no sorry for the inconvenience after letting her know we’ve been trying since we checked in and it still isn’t working she says “well don’t you want maintenance to come look at it” We asked to be changed to another room and was told nothing could be done until the managers came in at 8am after trying twice and still no manager at 10:30am the same front desk attendant with poor customer service says “the manager still not here if you wanna change rooms it’s gonna be on the 17th floor” I responded by saying as long as it has hot water for me to shower that’s fine…we get to the next room maintenance has to be called up because the microwave wouldn’t come on…overall this property has gone downhill since my previous stays in the last year. The only resolution offered was a complimentary late checkout. This property definitely has poor service. I have requested at least one of my nights he refunded.

The receptionist was very kind and attentive to my needs. My room was average the TV is blurry it's supposed to be two sliding doors and it's only one on my closet and the jacuzzi water was murky. On a positive side the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Housekeeping responded to our need of extra towels very quickly. The staff is nice to make you overlook the downfalls
