The rooms are spacious and the location is conveniently walking distance from the Dubai Marina Mall. The water pressure was okay. The staff could have been more friendly post checkout as they wouldn’t provide a colleague leaving with me with WiFi. The biggest issue was my last night of stay where the lights on the entire floor were not working despite the electricity working, they provided no ETA when the issue was going to be resolved and indeed even the next morning the lights weren’t working so the flashlight feature in my iPhone came in handy so I could use the bathroom to brush my teeth and shower.

I would like a full refund the staff was rude. The blackout curtains were broken and never fixed ruined my sleep for 3 nights and were Velcro temp fastened

Friendly check-in experience. Helpful porters. 1 bedroom suite was corporate but clean and comfortable. Very central location for Marina shopping and metro. Didn’t use the amenities so can’t comment there. Would recommend and would stay again.

Kokonaisuus oli umpisurkea. Lähes kymppitonni maksettiin perheen viikon lomasta kahdessa huoneessa. Hotellimanagerin mielestä ei ole ihmeellistä jos pari teiniä joutuu nukkumaan muutaman yön pienellä sohvalla ilman petivaatteita.
