Amazing location with night market just right below the hotel. Just need to come check in before 6pm else traffic jam along the way in.

V nice loft we stay in. Hot water heater is shared in 3 bathrooms. There is a direct heater in 1 bathroom. We love how friendly the staff were. I left my juice at the reception and the receptionist remember and send to our room. Will definitely come back stay again. There is weekend Street pasar Malam just next to hotel. 7-11 and other food restaurants are just below the hotel. V convenient

Daily housekeeping please

I chose to stay at Zetter Suites for three nights as the Brinchang night market was located there. I just had to go downstairs to buy supper. There were restaurants within walking distance so food was convenient. However, the hotel did not provide daily housekeeping as advertised. I had to leave the hotel early for my day trip to Ipoh and by the time I returned to the hotel at the end of the day, the front desk was closed. Due to the limited hours of the front desk, I could not get anyone to dispose of the trash or request for fresh towels. The internet connection was also slow and my wifi password was invalid after two nights. Fortunately, that was my last night.

Good location but...

Apartment was close to most tourist spots (few KM away) & pasar malam just in front of apartment during weekends. However we hope the main doors are fitted with proper door closer as the slamming sound of the doors from neighbour can be quite loud, especially at night. Will be awaken by these slamming sound. Also if the neighbours are the noisy bunch, will not be able to sleep as the noise from corridor can be quite intrusive. The door hinges of the toilet & bedrooms also give out loud squeaking sound & can be a nuisance at night. Lastly, suggest to have fans installed in bedrooms to improve air circulation. If windows are open for air circulation, have issue with pests & / or noise from outside.

Okay but...

Great quiet area of Cameron, with the night market in thurs and fri being just downstairs! Would really recommend the Chinese steamboat place downstairs too, great value for money with the best vegetables. But the toilet is really small without a seperate shower area, the corridor has the feel of a hostel, and due to flies at night, we couldn’t open the windows. The living room was very pretty but wished the room didn’t have such bulky tables and cupboards that crammed up to room. Very friendly staff, but be cautious that the office has office operating hours.

Nice place to stay.

Great Suite, Suitable for Family, couples and Bachelors. Rite below got few restaurants Local Food, Western Food. Sat night market till 10:30 pm, defiantly will says that had wonderful time on street food :). Secure Car Park and Card access doors. Those of you planning to go weekend, start your attraction from Mossy Forest. Its 1 hr drive from this suite. Morning 8 plus start from your room and reach Mossy Forest first after that you have to come down to cover other attractions which are all in the down hill by the way you can avoid traffic or else your trip will be spend over on the road :( A lot of Strawberry forms over there, you can choose which ever you like :)

The hotel is new but poor maintenance

The apartment condition is disappointing as it is not well maintained. We booked 2 duplex units next to each other for 2 nights. The furniture, bed headboard and staircase railing were dusty. There were a bit of molds in kitchenette and bathroom basins as well. Microwave and induction cooker are provided but no pot and utensils. So basically the appliances were of no use for the stay. The reception staffs were friendly and helpful and provided good briefing about the check in as well as the heater. There were 3 bedrooms in the apartment and all of them come with ensuite bathrooms. There was also a common bathroom in the living area. Unfortunately the water heating system could effectively support only one bathroom at any point in time. We had to take turn to shower even we had many bathrooms available.

Pleasant Apartment next to Night Market

- Next to the night market - Nice and pleasant environment - Card access to basement carpark, area is busy because of the night market. Luckily the basement carpark is restricted to card access holder only - No Wi-Fi, celluar network is poor on Celcom - If you take long bath, the storage heater doesn't hold enough hot water - Requested for housekeeping but no housekeeping turns up - I think the hotel is new, hence they do not have a front desk. You need to go to a makeshift front desk at level one. All you see is a banner to know that you have reached the correct place - No phone communication to the front desk (maybe the hotel is new?)

Cosy and peaceful stay. Stayed in Suite room.

The hotel room is new and the furniture is really good. Room has a victorian style interiors. Nice mountain view from our room. Night market is at 1 min walk. Staff is polite and friendly. As the hotel is new and not fully functional, there are limited amenities and provisions. No breakfast for now. Parking is free and easily accessible. 5 min drive to Tanah Rata restaurants street.
