This Jesolo residence provides complimentary wireless Internet access. 25-inch LCD televisions come with cable channels. Hypo-allergenic bedding and an iron/ironing board can be requested. Housekeeping is provided once per stay.

The recreational activities listed below are available either on-site or nearby; fees may apply.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Cash Breakage deposit: EUR 200 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 per cent reduction applies from 1–31 January.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 30 April, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May - 30 September, EUR 2.30 per person, per night, up to 10 nights
• Cleaning fee: EUR 70.00 per accommodation, per stay.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Air conditioning fee: EUR 10 per day
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 5 per person, per stay (or guests may bring their own)
• Towels fee: EUR 5 per person, per stay (or guests may bring their own)
