Great apartment in the heart of the city

This place is great! Clean and comfortable and located right in the city, walking distance to everything. The host was responsive with very clear, easy to follow check-in instructions. Always nice to have a full apartment when traveling so it feels more like home.

We really enjoyed the use of the apartment, it was spacious and perfect for our family. The apartment was centrally located and easily accessible to transit, sorted, and areas worth visiting. Communication was fantastic with the property management. Would definitely recommend the property if visiting Zagreb.

Apartment is nice and centrally located - walkable to lots of sites in Zagreb. Convenient to have a basic kitchen. Units could use tea towels in kitchen and any kind of coffee maker. Internet was spotty during out stay but we saw people from the ISP on site so may be were there to repair.

It took a little bit of time to find fhe place and get check in instructions, but in fairness, we only booked a few hours before arrival. The host was very accommodating and the room was great. Recommend.

Great stay!

It was just an overnight stay but it was great! We booked it on our way to Zagreb and the host responded quick and gave us check in instructions. The property was clean and beautiful. Room has AC. Dishwasher, cutleries, fridge all available. Location is central and about a 20 minute walk from the central bus station. Uber is a 5 minute ride so it was pretty good too. Overall a great stay!

Very clean and easy to enter. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of bedding and towels. Wifi was a bit spotty but we sorted it out. Great access to a nice area with tons of restaurants and shops. Communication of entry code ahead of time happened via Whatsapp, something i had never used was not aware of, so a bit of communicating through Expedia was needed to sort it out. Lovely stay overall and the host was kind and helpful.

Modern, clean and close to Old Town.

CONS: The entrance was offsetting--a bit dusty, etc. But that seemed true of the whole building's exterior doors. The instructions could have been easier to follow if they had been in order. The apartment's door had a deadbolt lock that did not work; hence, the cleaning lady burst in unannounced before 9:30 a.m. and then again at 10:50 a.m. although we had been allowed an 11:00 check-out. PROS: The apartment was very pleasant and had been decorated tastefully. It was immaculate. There were extra bath towels available and the hot water heater was ready. The TV worked well and the kitchen was adequately equipped. We appreciated the extra touches, such as the towel warmers. The bed was quite comfortable. We appreciated having the late check-out and the literature of what to enjoy in Zagreb.

The apartment is in central location but a rundown dirty building. It is small and not well maintained with cracks on the wall, black and yellow stains on the shower pan and walls. The worst is that all the bedding, sofa bed, bed and pillows are all have stains, particularly the pillows, looks very old and covered with so many yellow stains underneath the cover. The towels looks very old and some have stains. All bedding materials looks very cheap and old. The bed sheet is so thin that you can see through the dark color underneath(possible the dirt). Tables have yellow burning marks. Overall, the apartment is very cheaply furnished and doesn’t look clean due to various stains. The owner think the solution to the bedding stains is to put one more layers of sheet or cover. It is unbelievable. Expedia rated 3 stars but the condition of the apartment is worse than 1 star.

C'est bien comme appartement. Le divan lit est un peu raide mais pour le reste, très bel appartement, fonctionnel. La journée qu'on était là, l'internet fonctionnait très mal mais c'est peut-être un problème ponctuel du fournisseur.

The apartment itself was very nice and in an excellent location. We had a rental car but really didn't need it and there's extra expense for parking. We arrived late at night and some additional info would have helped like how to turn on the lights in the entry way/stairs. The building front door didn't open all the way which made it awkward with our luggage. We found a delightful food option for late night arrival called Gyros and Pizza House, walking distance.

Ik verblijf in appartement nummer 3. Het was ruim en heerlijk stil. Alles heel net en in orde. De communicatie verliep zeer vlot. Als er een vraag of probleem was, werd dit meteen beantwoord en naar een oplossing gezocht.

Appartamento piccolo ma carino e pulito, organizzato nella cucina e accessori. Presente ricambio di asciugamani e lenzuola (persino piumini) Negativo : Le condizioni davvero povere dello stabile, un vecchio palazzo di inizio Novecento, che contrastano l'interno dell' appartamento ma che abbassano drasticamente la media. It was very roomy and clean and very comfortable! The building doors are open all the time but the entrance to the apartments is a card key and the the entrance to your apartment is another card key. If I was to make any criticism it is that it would have been nice to have a little more cooking equipment as we made our own dinner, but it was a lovely stay!

Property was in lower town about 15 minute walk from bus station. Key safe at front door and with code we were given got the key for our apartment 1. First floor facing the street. Full kitchen, separate bedroom. Very comfortable. Great position to walk to upper town.
