Good for a very short stay

The staff are very polite and helpful. I'm not sure how they rank star ratings, this property is not 4-star property. At most 3-star. Having said that. The rooms are spacious and recently updated. The location is great.

Higher end but still a Ramada! Wonderful outdoor infinity pool--large and shaded. Adequate gym, but only one weight machine. Breakfast with mostly Asian food and interesting. Try not to get a room near the elevator.

Disapointing experience

Location is noisy with alot of pubs downstairs. Key card works intermittently. Gym equipment is old but usable. Breakfast spread is terrible. Only ate there 1 day and forgo another 2 days of my breakfast cos i wanted decent food given limited stomach capacity. For the price paid, will not go again unless there are good deals.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. La limpieza es de regular a mala, la cafetera de la habitación estaba sucia, debajo del sillón y la cama estaba sucio. El desayuno está muy bien y variado. Hay una persona haciendo omelettes y huevos al gusto. El personal de recepción bien. Cabe mencionar que el día que hicimos check out, cómo salíamos muy temprano del hotel, nos tenían un box lunch muy completo. La estancia estuvo bien, la limpieza la deben mejorar.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem belebten Viertel. Leider wird hier bis 3 Uhr morgens laute Musik gespielt. Wir mussten das Zimmer auf die andere Seite des Hotels wechseln, was problemlos möglich war. Dort war es deutlich ruhiger bzw. nichts mehr von diesem Lärm zu hören. KL Tower und Petronas Tower sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch wenn ein Taxi entspannter ist wegen der Temperaturen. Das Hotel wir gerade teilweise neu gestrichen von außen und innen. Leider war das auch gerade in unsere Etage so. Der Geruch von Farbe war etwas störend. Das Frühstück war eher herzhaft, typisch malaysisch, es gab aber auch Toast mit Marmelade und Kornflakes. Omelett wird frisch zubereitet. Der Pool war super zum entspannen und abkühlen. Die Waschmaschinen konnten gegen Gebühr genutzt werden. Generell war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Das Hotel könnte mehrere Reparaturen vertragen um den 4 Sternen zu entsprechen.

It is the one of the worst places to stay in KLCC. Staff is not friendly and the hotel rooms are bad and not well maintained. They do not have support staff for shifting the luggage and all of the stuff inside the hotel room is broken. I would never recommend this hotel ever again to anyone.

Last 2 nights in Kuala Lumpur

Finished our 3 week trip to Malaysia with a 2 night stay here as it is right in the middle of the busy area for night life. Lots of bars shops and restaurants right outside. The hotel is having some internal and external painting done at the moment but this didn't affect our stay whatsoever.a

Stayed at Ramada with family for 4 days. Nice Hotel with a walkable distance from eateries and pubs around the area. Good Pool and Gym facility. Only felt the breakfast Menu was a little limited and could be improved.
