The best location in Florence! Right at Piazza La Signora everything near by, museums, shops and restaurants. Room was ready even though we got there earlier. Fantastic place to stay in Florence!

Perfect location! The location where you can see Palazzo Vecchio right in front of you and the fountain as well! Waking up in the morning and having breakfast while looking at the fountain was the best! We stayed in Luxury Rooms & Suites. The room was named Leonardo da Vinci and was wonderful. There was a king size bed and an extra bed, and the small room had a large sofa and breakfast desk, so it was very spacious and comfortable! There were plenty of amenities such as cutlery, kettle, and towels, so I never felt inadequate during my stay. The meat and chicken at a nearby restaurant called Ganino is unforgettably delicious and I highly recommend it! The panini in front of me was also exquisite! The Duomo is also a 5-minute walk from the tourist center, so I highly recommend it!

Hotel idéalement situé au cœur de la vieille ville. La chambre était très grande mais la salle de bain petite avec une douche étroite. Une bouilloire avec de quoi se préparer un thé ou un café aurait été agréable… Un point nous a dérangé la literie est sale, très tachée. Étonnant vu le prix élevé de la chambre.

The only reservation for some people would be that there was no elevator so if you are are on the 3rd or 4th floor, you may be concerned if you have difficulty with stairs. Otherwise it's a great location, lots of room, nice breakfast, nice people working there. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience. Gentle and pleasant staff. Super cozy room and overall hotel. It has a palace feeling. Location can’t get any better, you walk out into a nice plaza. Beautiful view from the room and when you close the window and curtains, the noise and light completely blocks out. Amazing breakfast is included and served in the room

Self service check in after 6pm so if you arrive after that you're on your own. I arrived after 10pm due to a late train and had a hard time finding the hotel. She was unable to email me the video showing how to do self service check in. Had to call the manager after hours (an international call) to ask what the code was to get into the hotel. Finally got into my room. They use a wooden key ring with 3 keys on it - one key for the outside door, one for another door outside my room, and one for my room. Breakfast was included in my booking but I never got it for any of the three days I was there because you have to fill out a form the night before and they leave promptly at 6pm. If you haven't filled out the form- no breakfast for you! Also- they don't speak English so verbal communication was difficult. Otherwise, it's in a great location, super clean, air conditioned for those who come in the summer like me, and so very charming.
