The location is fantastic, walking distance to Queen St Mall, Botanic Gardens etc. The view is breathtaking! The frontdesk staff were very nice! Highly Recommended!

Like : cleanliness, spacious, convenience, ample amenities, fast lifts, walking distance to the mall and places of interests, quick check in and out, professional reception services, nice patio, sufficient waiting area at the lobby. I am totally happy and satisfied with this facility. I will want to stay here again on my next visit. The following are just slightly less desirable but does not affect my rating of the place. Only provides free 1/2hr daily wi-fi, limited free TV channels, after alighting the lift at 1st floor, I still have to heave my luggage up/down a short flight of steps from the parking area of the taxi pick up and drop off.

Would not return by choice

Reception staff were aloof during check in. They were also not very helpful towards others guests. Allocated me a room that looked into offices across the street despite the fact I will be staying for 10 nights! Requested to change apt and they responded without a smile. Furniture in the lounge was not great. Balcony is not cleaned during the entire stafy Bathrooms were cleaned

Only a one night stay but unit had everything we required. Checkin was excellent. Had a TV problem in that we could not get it turned on, called reception and 5 minutes later someone was there to help. We finally worked out that the remotes had been switched between the lounge and bedroom at some point. Easy fix

24/7 reception and the service was great. Plenty of parking however it was mixed between private and the Oaks customers therefore you had to go level by level each occasion. also small car spots. We stayed for seven nights and we would stay again. Had a 2 bed Riverview apartment and the view was great. Large balcony with dining table. Location was great as 10 min walk to the riverwalk, restaurants and ferry terminal.
