My first room assignment 1403B had a loud air conditioning generator which the maintenance team said was located on the roof. It turned on and off in the bedroom making for an uncomfortable sleepless night. When I asked for a room change the following day, specifically requesting quiet, I was given room 1307B which had a power generated located on the ground floor. This went on and off relentlessly and was particularly loud in the living room. Between the pounding of the generator, the shabby carpets and the tired furniture, it was not a good experience. The one positive thing that I can say is the people at reception were very kind and under the circumstances did their best.

We really enjoyed our stay. The swimming pool and hot tub were perfect and the town center was fun to walk around and see the shops/restaurants. I liked the option of cooking in our kitchen when we were too tired to go out.

The rooms were great the only thing I didn’t care for too much was the parking in the garage it’s way too tight and hard to drive in and out. Other from that the stay was very quiet and comfortable.

Romanita the manager was awesome. She helped us with rooms when we had to evacuate for the hurricane. She was professionally friendly and discretely used our complicated reservation as a teaching opportunity for her co-worker (I only noticed because I too use opportunities to teach my employees - and she was excellent at it.) Our rooms were great and she set us up with two suites for my family. Thanks for everything!

Excelente! Vale o retorno.

O hotel possui excelentes instalações, com apartamentos completos (inclusive sala e cozinha), limpeza adequada e bons utensílios. É guarnecido de garagem e está rente ao centrinho de Weston, o qual conta com supermercado (Publix) e opões de restaurantes (com destaque para o Graziano's), tudo em menos de cinco minutos de caminhada. O atendimento é bastante cortês, razão para lá retornar por mais vezes.

This was more like a retirement center that sells timeshares. The building itself was very outdated. However it was sitting right next to an amazing shopping and dining area. If you’re going to the Everglades I’d highly recommend this location. If you’re going to Fort Lauderdale I’d highly recommend against it.
