Gleeful experience

It was such a pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel for everyone as the cleanliness, hospitality lured me a lot. Pool at the roof is a different experience for me. Mr.Mohsin assisted us so cordially. Only one thing is the receptionists were looking rude, no smile , i got scared at first but all others attended very well with nice smile on their faces....

The swimming pool was closed. I booked this hotel to enjoy a pool day. The website did NOT say it was closed when I booked. I spoke to 3 receptionists and they told me they would speak to the manager and call me back. No one bothered calling back. There was also a loud party that night so hard to get a good night's rest. So much for a relaxing break.

Nice Hotel at Reasonable Price

Love the hotel for the service and courtesy offered by them in upgrading room for the comfort of my wife on the wheel chair.....location of the hotel and ambience was great too.....extremely convenient car parking right in front of the hotel lobby.....

Convenient access to city center with buss

The first night was a little bit disappointing because because we did not have a baby cot we requested and the noise of party was terrible from 9PM to 12PM. However, the stuff offer a extra bed for compliment, and the other two nights were comfortable. The stuff were all kind and professional. Specifically, the restaurant offering breakfast was excellent with kind and nice stuff. We would definitely stay here again but next time would ask for a room which is not located just above the party room.
