Be aware the advertised beach side apartments with sea views are facing away from the beach towards the city and you do get a harbour/river view. Also you have to call them before you arrive to organize for the the keys to be handed over we didn’t see this text which was sent on the morning we were traveling so the check in was a bit messy as a result. Carpets were a bit dirty and should be replaced. Otherwise it’s a good location and a good basic comfortable apartment with new amenities.

False advertising

BEWARE. We booked a One Bedroom Studio Apartment that was nothing like the images that were used to advertise it with. The listing states that it is 50m2 and can sleep 2 adults (including 1 child), and as we were staying with our 18-month old son we thought there would be no problems with this. I've stayed in enough apartments to know that there's no way that this is 50m2, even including the outside area – it was barely enough space for 2 people. The 'bedroom' was a bed surrounded with sliding doors right in the centre of the space with no storage space for luggage, resulting in the living area feeling like a claustrophobic box. It's more like a bedsit than a studio. Instead of the glass table and black chairs shown with plenty of space around them in the pictures we were provided a rickety old wooden furniture set that was positioned against the wall as there was no room for them. This was a particular issue as I had booked this apartment so that I could work from it on one of the days. After contacting the agents to be moved I was told that I should have told them I was wanting to work there and they could have suggested a bigger apartment. It is not the customer's responsibility to need to specify any of this up-front as the assumption is that when making a booking of this sort, the layout of the apartment may be different but the overall size and furnishings remain consistent. The property itself is confusing to get around and the apartment is not able to be locked from the inside i needed to wedge a chair on the door to lock it neither can the balcony pertisions

The location was great and the apartment was a great short stay option. Its a compact 1 bedder but worked well as a home away from home for two weeks.

Great Position, but Bring Your Own Kitchen Sink.

Quite outstanding appliances ranging from stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, washing machine, drier, WiFi and large screen TV. Servicing is only provided once if you stay 14 days. Inadequate in my view for the replenishment of mandatory guest supplies. Oven yes, carving knife, no. Microwave yes, microwave dishes, no. 2x bedside lamps yes. USB charged, suitable adapters, no. Bathroom basin yes. Working plug, no. Salt cellars, veg peeler, decent corkscrew, no. Simply doesn't measure up to the ratings and should be listed on a bnb site, not hotels.com.

Perfect location. Modern and clean. Didn't have a view of the beach like we were expecting but maybe that was my mistake. It did have a nice view of the harbour.

Water from the shower would leak out as the drain is right near the shower door. Drain should be in the middle for proper drainage

The location is fantastic and the apartment was very well designed and clean. My only gripe is the advertising should not say beachside as it implies the apartment is on the beachside of the building. Our apartment had city views which was okay for 2 nights.
