Nice room, too little human touch.

Room was great, but lack of on-site personnel caused stress. I thought we had our parking arranged at booking but apparently not. Was quite a hunt between emails and addresses and assistance methods, etc. to get into the parking garage at check-in. Shouldn’t be that hard.

Great spot in East Austin

We really enjoyed our stay here and really appreciated the quick communication and customer service. The location is perfect and you can walk to lots of bars and restaurants. The parking is convenient.

Great location and apartment was in great condition. Will definitely stay here again. Lots of bars and restaurants. Only downside was our room was on the 2nd floor right next to a bar with a large outdoor space so a bit noisy til early in the morning.
