Excellent location, spacious room

Spacious room, pentry with fridge and kitchen utilities, nice staff as always in France I think, walking distance from the center approx 20 mins which is perfect for me (I prefer to stay 15-30 mins from center), otherwise you have both the tram and bus stop outside. The nearest tram stop is just around the corner to the left when you exit from the accommodation (unfortunately, the tram right outside wasn't running during my stay, double check if this is important for you). They offer breakfast for 11 euros I think but I never had it. Will definitely come back to Bordeaux and definitely stay here again :)

Unfortunately the hotel was dirty and it was condition if we want the rooms to be clean we need to pay extra because they only do it after the check out. Then the toilet smell like urine due to the lack of cleaning, the drain from the shower was dirty and smelly as well. We needed to left the windows and door open during the day so the smell doesn’t concentrate, with the down side of the moskitos getting inside the bedroom. The hotel wasn’t cheap either just in case but either a 5 * one.

Séjour à Bordeaux pour visiter cette belle ville. Réservé à Residhotel c'est pratique pour aller au centre-ville en laissant la voiture au parking et prendre le Tram qui est à côté Accueil agréable, belle chambre propre, calme. Bon petit déjeuner.

Nous adorons la ville de Bordeaux, et nous revenons regulierement. Nous avons apprécié la proximite pour prendre le tram, ligne qui dessrt parfaitement le centre ville,donc pas besoin de voiture pour se ballader. Franchement sejour tres agreable.

Personnel très accueillant

Le personnel était particulièrement accueillant.! Concernant la chambre il manquait un peu de soin dans les détails question ménage (douche très calclaire et tâches diverses sur les murs) mais l'ensemble restait néanmoins tout à fait correct. Le personnel, très arrangeant, nous a même offert le petit dejeuner aprés une mésaventure avec la cafetière défectueuse.
