Stayed here with some friends for a concert at NRG arena and it was the perfect spot. We were able to walk to the arena and not have to pay for parking. The apartment was nice and spacious and the beds were comfy. Perfect spot to hang out and relax.

Conveniently located near NRG Stadium for a concert I attended. Not too many restaurant options that were walkable. The condo was very clean and fully furnished. Everything worked fine and is located in a secured gated parking lot. Erika the property manger was very helpful and communicated well to ensure my stay went smoothly

Home away from Home

It started with a bump but Erika was fast in communication and accommodating that it resulted in an overall great stay. Location was ideal to both our destination of History museum and special event. Rooms were clean and easy access to amenities. Well kept thought out the apartment only the bathroom was a bit outdated with some rust. It didn’t affect the use just a bit harder to turn on the water. Great experience overall.

Great Stay in Houston

This location was perfect for my family for the week. They had everything we needed. I felt very safe and secure in our cozy apartment. They even provided towels, dishes, blankets and a washer/dryer inside the unit. This will be my #1 place in Houston for sure while visiting my son in college.

Not good

Very out dated. Floors were dirty. Carped stained and dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. This apt. was full of mosquitoes. We were suppose to stay for 3 days but left a day early. The only good thing about this place, it was close to the Shriners hospital.

The room was well picked up, but wasn't super clean. Out of 4-5 towels in our bathroom, 3 had nasty brown/green stains the size of your fist or larger. Also - THERE'S NO ELEVATOR! We didn't realize this and were on the 3rd floor carrying 2 babies up and down. We'd consider staying again, but wouldn't recommend to others. The best part was the bed.

Reside apts MD Andersen houston / highly recommend

I got in early and really did not know where to go to check in. Maintenance Staff that were on their lunch break got up came to me without being asked, and helped me out. The staff gave some of the best customer service I have received in some time. Apartment was a bit dated but the courteous staff more than made up for that. Ericka the manager was just as nice and helpful as could be. I was there for medical testing. There is a free shuttle pick up which made getting to hospital very easy. Eliminates parking hassles and charges. I will definitely stay at the Reside when I will return. I was solo in a 2 bedroom but it would great for a family. There are steps but I am sure if you need help with suitcase, someone would probably help

This was our family trip and we got 3 bdrm suite on the ground floor and my sister got 2 bdrm on the 3rd floor. So I’m comparing the differences as well. We found Our suite’s carpet was rather dirty. Most of plates and glasses were missing from the cupboard and only to realize they were left in the dishwasher from previous guests (we didn’t open the dishwasher as we didn’t have enough to use by my family member and bought paper plates and cups instead) and never put them back in the cupboard before our arrival. There were no amenities such as laundry detergents, toilet papers etc as my sister got in her suite in the red container, what we found in our suite was appeared to be the previous guest’s leftovers). We contacted the property director to fill the amenities as instructed in the suite, but never got response. We also only got one channel on tv. Again I didn’t find any Welcome booklet With all information and trouble shooting on TV etc which my sister got in her suite. Having said all that, we still managed to enjoy our stay at Reside. Location was good and quite. It meet all our needs for our stay in Houston.

The stay was great... about a 15 min walk to NRG (not bad). The only complaint is that one bedroom did not have any curtains, the blinds didn't cut the sun light. Other than that worth the stay.

The property was very quiet. Nice gated parking, close to a few restaurants. The size of the unit was good, having 2 bathrooms was great. That is where the good part of my review ends. This property could be very nice, it is not taken care of. Walls and baseboards were dirty. The boxsprings on the beds were stained. The pillows on my son’s bed were stained and the headboard loose. The flooring throughout the unit was buckling in spots and coming apart. We probably should have tried to find another place, but just dealt with it for our short stay.
