Nice apartment with some quirks.

Great apartment, well appointed, well heated, comfortable and spacious. However, it comes with a couple of quirks that made me drop one or two stars for their rating. We were allocated an apartment with an accessible bathroom. There were no shower curtains, so the entire bathroom floor gets wet when we showered. Also, the apartment only gave one small set of shower gel even for 3 nights stay. The receptionist said that we needed to pay if we wanted more, but she was kind enough to give us a couple more bottles. This is the first time in all my travels that the property wants to charge for shampoo!

Bright and spacious in the heart of Madrid

The location is just near the Royal Palace and Grand Via and there were smaller eateries around it for inexpensive but good meals. The apartment was spacious, light and airy and really value for money. The 24 hours reception was a BIG plus and the receptionists were very helpful and cheerful, I would definitely stay there again. Although it did not have the amenities and services of a 4 star hotel, the space it provided and reasonable pricing more than made up for it. One suggestion, the property can provide some tissue paper though

Perfect apartment giving off ikea showroom vibes. It was an extremely pleasant stay in the well-equipped apartment. One thing to note is that we were only provided with one skinny bottle of body gel for 2 pax over 4 days which wasn't enough for us. Could request for more though, but we were put off by the fee.

Grateful and blessed!

Left my backpack in the taxi after arriving at the apartments which spolit my check-in experience (no fault of the front desk staff though). The front desk manager, Cristina kindly helped to call up the taxi companies as well as checked the security cameras for the taxi license plate. She even stayed past her shift to get the building manager to open up the prior camera recordings. Bernardette also helped to follow up later with the video techician. Thankfully the taxi driver returned the bag 10 hours later after his work. Special thanks to the Plaza Espana Skyline staff for all their help, especially Cristina who has been most kind and understanding. This is a beautiful property and love the room. wish we were staying for more than just one night.

Everything was perfect

A really nice, clean and comfortable accommodation in a very convenient location. Walking distance to the centre and close to Metro. The staff at the reception desk were excellent, very friendly and happy to provide advice and suggestions. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

I would highly recommend these apartments. They are spotless and in a perfect location. We walked everywhere we needed to go. The staff were friendly and the bed was very comfortable. If we go back to Madrid I would definitely return to Skyline. We stayed as a couple and a baby and it was ideal.

I only stayed for one night, but I wish I could have stayed longer. The room is an apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, and a large living area / kitchen. The staff was very friendly. The location at Plaza de España is terrific. Its very close to landmarks around Madrid, the metro station, and several restaurants.
