Notre séjour s'est bien déroulé, il est juste à noter que la climatisation serait un plus. Malheureusement pour cet hÎtel trÚs correct et bien situé en centre ville, l'environnement de voisinage est bruyant et perturbant. Par ailleurs le personnel d'accueil rien à dire.

Hotel central et calme

Notre séjour à Clermont s'est trÚs bien passé. L'hotel, avec parking, se trouve à 10 mn de la place principale (Jaude) et 20 mn de la cathédrale à pied. Le quartier est tranquille. Nous avons eu un trÚs bon accueil, l'appartement était spacieux et calme L'hotel mériterait une petite rénovation.

L'accÚs à la baignoire était trÚs compliqué. Il y a trÚs peu d'espace entre les toilettes et la baignoire . Les personnes ayant quelques difficultés de mobilité ont du mal à monter dans la baignoire.

L'appartement est vraiment vĂ©tuste avec de gosses taches sur la moquette dans le salon. Le revĂȘtement de la baignoire de la SDB est largement dĂ©tĂ©riorĂ©. Les matelas ont probablement connu des guerres et se sont abĂźmĂ©s et endurcis. Cet Ă©tablissement a besoin d'une vraie rĂ©habilitation. Oubliez les plaques de la cuisine, impossible de les maitriser vu que les rĂ©glage sont effacĂ©s. Il faut tourner au hasard comme au casino. CĂŽtĂ© parties communes, on se croirait dans un centre d'hĂ©bergement social. Des couples qui crient et qui se fachent tout le temps. C'est un vrai vacarme dans les couloirs. La prochaine fois, je choisirai un autre hotel. J'en veux a Hotels.com de ne pas avertir sur ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments.

Hotel proche du centre, idéal pour le travail. Manque un peu de rafraichissement (porte d'entrée difficile à ouvrir et fermer et peinture des portes interieur). Par contre, une bonne literie et le personnel sympatique. Petit dejeuner correct.

Les draps étaient propres, l'emplacement dans la ville est bon, au delà de ça l'hÎtel n'est vraiment pas terribles... Une grosse réfection serait à Prévoir surtout pour la salle de bain.
